FSU Basketball Secures Thrilling Road Win

Wiggins drained four three-pointers, his fourth game hitting that mark this season. Jones knocked down three from deep in his 20th double figure scoring outing. The Seminoles built a big first half lead, shooting 60% from the field and 57% from beyond the arc. They controlled the pain too, outscoring Pitt 32 to 24 inside. That momentum carried them to a 16-point half-time edge at 46-30. Standout efforts fueled the victory, like Robert McCray the fifths, 12 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, and 2 steals. Thomas Bassong chipped in eight points and a game-high eight boards. The win lifts Florida State to 16-14 overall, 9-8 in the ACC, while Pitt slipped to 11-19, 4-13-in.
