About this episode
Mün is a Syrian refugee, an ex-muslim and a future special education teacher. She is a survivor of domestic violence, child sexual abuse, and rape. Mün happens to fall into the small percentage of statistics where all her abusers have always been women. Mün’s name is inspired by the great moon. She chose it 5 years ago, when she decided to cut ties with her family and forge a new free life that she gets to architect.
