Several of today's stories involve modes of transportation. So the Mutual Audio Network thought it would be a good idea to have me tell you about today's lineup while taking a plane ride. I just wish I was inside the plane.

1:02But I guess that does cost extra. I'll just get out to my script. And there it goes. It's a good thing I memorized this stuff. First up today it's Madison on the Air. Episode 59. Crews to Batabano from the old-time radio series Bold Venture. Madison finally gets the chance to travel to Ricky Riccardo's Cuba. Circa 1951. But she might have some splendid to do. It seems Madison has joined up with hotel owner Slate Shannon. And Shannon has agreed to pilot a boat from Havana to Batabano for a young couple. He can make some cash while Madison plays tourist. Whoa! Hey, I thought we agreed. No barrel rolls. Now where was I? Oh yeah, 20,000 feet above the ground. Anyway, when Madison and Shannon arrive in Batabano, they find themselves the perfect patsys for a murder rap.

2:05Can they get to the truth while the Batabano Polizia are closing in? It's a deadly mix of Cuban hot nights, a high-stakes heist, betrayal, murder, and some really well-manacured nails. You in there. When do you serve snacks? Next up, it's Comedy Forecast, AI Artificial Interference. What happens when Giles, the front desk clerk at the Venus Arms Hotel in Towers, tries to embrace artificial intelligence? Let's just say his vision of a smooth, automated, and-to-check-and-experience doesn't quite pan out. Between an AI with the mind of its own, not to mention a voice that sounds suspiciously familiar, and the arrival of a certain enthusiastic resident, things go sideways fast. Speaking of fast, why are we passing a satellite? Down! Go down! Yes, now! Can Giles get the kiosk working? And how does Ms. Fallmarker figure into all this?
