I'm not the guest booking department because Kiki wrote on our sheet, our little sheet here. I have it. I'm making a scroll. Because I have to authenticate it again, I think, or something. But you wrote on the sheet. I'm gonna fix my wig way. Yeah. You wrote, having a personal trainer is the wildest thing I've ever done like bro. Please leave me alone. Congratulations. How long have you had a personal trainer? We'll hold two weeks. Two weeks. And so, well, let me bring in my personal trainer, a personal trainer to the stars and then me, getting in the assassin. Good morning, Gideon. That is not my name. Good morning to you too, Fred. Gideon, Gideon, the torture, that's your name. Now Kiki, she is upset, Gideon, about those in your industry. Because for some reason, she hired a trainer, but then she wants to be left alone.

10I just wanted your thought. What if I were to say to you when you come over later today? Hey Gideon, thanks for stopping by. Leave me alone. That's not very nice, it's not very kind, but let's talk about the elephant in the room, Fred. Can we address it one time? Absolutely. Well, which one? It might be. Gideon. Gideon, when I see Gideon twice a week, it's therapy session and working out. So I don't know where he's going with it. What's the elephant in the room? Well, this is the thing, Fred. We've been seeing each other for, I don't know, about two years now, on the training. Well, it's time for us to go study. Yeah. It's great to propose. What are we? What are we? We're not taking that route. We're not taking that route, but so I've been indirectly connected to Kiki through our relationship. Yeah. And I've offered my services several times, and now I have to find out that she's seeing somebody else. That's amazing. That's true, girl. And that's a very interesting point. I mean, you know, it did come to my mind. I wasn't going to go there, but that's an interesting point she chose someone other

13than you. I have. I have a problem with that. I had to find out this through social media. Right. Right. Right. I don't believe it. Oh, I listen. Okay. First of all, Gideon takes his job too serious because when you first started working out with him, you came in here looking like a whole another person. Gideon runs. What happened since then? You've lost. You've lost way. You look amazing. So it clearly he's working you out. Oh, you're saying it. Okay. Okay. I might it for you like it first. You look like a different person. Now you look like the same fat as before. Okay. Like I said, it happened quick. Like I saw you changing you quick. And then Gideon is out here running marathons and winning awards and on a cover of magazines. Right. That's super star. He's too serious for me. I went and got a train of what I thought was we was going to cackle. You know what? I was going to tell a couple of jokes in there and he was going to let me just walk on a train. You heard the audience. Yeah. I thought it. You know, I was going to play and these people, Jim, I can't play with Gideon. You know, Gideon is very straight.

14He'll be at this door. If I wasn't an actor. It's a matter of fact. Come on in. Come on in. Surprise. Surprise. Surprise. You know what? Surprise. Go ahead. All is forgiven. I don't hold anything against you. So remember, when you hire a personal trainer, whether it be me or anybody else, you're hiring us for a reason. Yeah. So don't be mad when we're doing our jobs and we want to see you successful and happy and accomplishing your goals is what we're here for. We love you. Yeah. And that's when I've learned, you know, like my trainer now, he does not play. You know, I've tried to cancel. I try to show a blade. I try to leave early. I try to tell jokes. I try to talk about radio because of care about him. You've got material for this guy. What jokes are you talking about? He does a care like he does a cake. He's asking me what am I eating and texting me about, you know, workouts like bro, please, I'm not your brother. Wow. That's a block here. The thing that makes you hired to do all those things, you're doing the things you hired and to do in your set of body.

15I can appreciate that. Yeah. This is the loudest thing I've ever done. But I just do. Yeah. Shut up to all the trainers. You keep blocking your training, right? He doesn't work though. There's a guy I saw a guy from my building because I work out in where I live and he comes over there and I'm in the older man that's sometimes in there at the same time and he's just on a little treadmill just doing his little thing. He's a Tesla, but he's a nice guy. In the elevator, he says, all he says to me, you know, your trainer, you talk a lot to me and I'm like, yeah, he goes, and all he's trying to do is get you to work. I'm like, yeah, yeah, well, yeah, if I could do this on my own, I wouldn't, I mean, he'd be my friend, but I wouldn't pay him. If I could do this on my own, I wouldn't any of you need to come over, but I need someone to stand there

16and go shut up. So that's what, that's what this person is doing. His trainer job. Shout out to my trainer, Big Lou, Big Lou and Steve. Oh, no, she's a big guy. We're in here. I'm talking to this man's operation. Now, hold on a minute. I have to give him his credit because I thought I was going to be able to be SM and he's not falling for it at all. Okay. Yeah, but you, you know, as a trainer community getting in, you guys should just relax. Like take it easy, you know, something queer or whatever the jeans he'd be doing around here. I've never been. But instead, we end up banding together. So I'm going to search this big Lou up. You are really on top of what you're doing. These guys all know each other, man. You can hide. It's like when you're a hairstylist, if you go to somebody else or something one time, they know somehow they know subconsciously that they happen. They can tell. All right, Gideon. Yes, Gideon. Yeah, this guy, he, you know, it just is muscle, all muscle, running marathons

18left and right all over the place. This guy, big smile on his face when he's telling me to do some. Sometimes he's asking me to do exercises. I think he's making them up. Just just see if I'll do them. Oh, yeah. Cause I'll do whatever he says. So like, okay, now put your leg over your head and then I want you to jump and slip. Oh, hell yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm sorry. And sometimes I'm like, you know, are you just looking to see if I'm going to do this? Cause I'll do it cause you told me to, but like, are you making this up right now? Jason ignore the man. He said nothing. All right, Gideon. He's only, he's only got second book at six o'clock in the morning. He ran a marathon. Yes, he did. He did that an hour ago. What are you running from? I'm on my way to the studio right now. Actually, I'm just going to jail. Let me just go down something. I can't do this. What can't let's say life is hard enough. Yeah. Something like that. All right. Gideon, have a good day. I'll see you later. Much love team. All right. Look at that. That's

18what I mean. That's how he is the whole time while he's torturing me this big smile on his face. Shut up. Do the thing. It's wild, bro. But it's mind body with Gideon. Cause you know, we, we, we, we chat a little bit too. You know, we get, we, we, we, it's a therapy session as well. Yeah. My trainer just talks at me because I have no breath. So like, I can't respond. Like, I need every breath in my body to just do whatever he's something to do. So I'm just a little thing here. Yeah. The other thing I've noticed is I'm not very coordinated, which wouldn't really surprise anybody. But you know, if there's like complex, if it's an exercise, it requires more than one movement. Like if you got to like go left and right or like switch off or whatever, then I have to think about it, which means I can't breathe because I'm thinking. So then at the end of it, I'm like, coughing and puffing. He's like, cause you didn't breathe. And I'm like, yeah, because there was more than one movement. Yes. And I can't breathe and do more than what that is a movement. You got two, you got two movements total. I can lift a weight and breathe. I can breathe and run. Right. But if you want me to breathe, lift a weight and then alternate

19sides, I got to think about this takes coordination. Too much, bro. It is. It's too, you know what I mean? And they really are just making up stuff. Like I, I'm like, come on, bro. And you, am I really supposed to hang from this and I'm like, I'm making this up. I want to see a video of you hanging and twirling. That's what I'm going to say. I'm so depressed today. I have to go to hang in twirl. Here we go. Great. I'm kind of circus acting. Put this harness on it. It's tax season. And by now, we're all a bit tired of numbers. But here's an important one you need to hear. $16 billion. That's how much money and refunds the IRS flanked for possible identity fraud. But it's not all grim news.
