Iran's claiming Israel is bridging the Tristial by continuing attacks against its ally, the militant group Hezbollah in Lebanon, killing more than 250 people. But the U.S. and Israel say that conflict was never part of the agreement. It's also unclear to what extent the key oil shipping passage, the Strait of Hormuz, is actually open. The U.S. says there's been an uptick in ship traffic through the strait, but Iran's state media says the passage of oil tankers has been halted due to Israel's attacks on Lebanon. Experts say even if the two-week ceasefire calms things down, it'll still take at least a month before fuel prices drop significantly for Australians.
