About this episode
Mike and Torya open the show ranting about their neighbors who rudely remove things from the washing machine and throw them on the floor of the laundry room. Torya gives the details of the story.
Torya says these people are "entitled jerkwaffles".
Mike says that if the laundry had been there for a long time, he would also remove it, but would put it on the table, not the floor.
Torya describes a time she's removed someone's laundry.
Mike transitions the rant to people who don't clean up after their dogs. Mike says people who are confronted generally respond "other people don't clean up so why should I" and Mike says that's an awful excuse.
Mike then rants about people once again parking in the fire lane. He points out how dangerous the situation is.
They then rant about the break-ins and how the management has not changed the gate codes even though a gate opener was stolen.
Mike points out that when you complain to people they claim you're a "rule follower" like it is a bad thing. He explains that he didn't make the rules and that if everyone followed the rules, things would be better for everyone, not just him.
Mike says a good rule is aimed at benefiting the majority.
