Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol are on the hunt for a driver who slammed into a school bus carrying 15 students Friday morning in. Manatee County, the crash went down on Betts Road near Myaka City, where the bus was heading north and stopped to pick up a kid at the intersection with 103rd Avenue. East, a whiteboard truck coming southbound, didn't break in time and clipped the left side before speeding off south. Lucky for everyone, none of the students or the bus driver got hurt, which is huge relief in a close call like that. Details on the Suspic are slim so far. Just that whiteboard truck and no ID on the driver yet. If you know anything, hit up FHP at Star 347 or Crime Stoppers as they keep digging into this hidden run.
