This 5-17 from deep and poor overall shooting at 26-57 from the field. Turnovers plagued the Gators early, leading to 20 points for Vanderbilt in the first half alone. Coach Todd Golden and players Thomas Howe and Alex Condon praise Vanderbilt's physical play and sharp shooting in post-game comments. They took accountability for defensive lapses on open looks, missed rebounds, and ball-handling issues that fueled the Commodores' runs.
