Florida Cops Arrest Suspect in Missing Doctoral Students Case

Florida cops just nabbed someone in custody over the vanishing of two Bangladeshi doctoral students from the University of South Florida. Zameel Leemon and Nihida Bristy went missing back on April 16th in Tampa. Leemon was deep into geography, environmental science, and policy. Bristy was grinding in chemical engineering. Earlier this week, a family friend hit up authorities last Friday after no word from either one. Friends and family said it was totally out of character for these two. To ghost everyone like that. The Hillsboro County Sheriff's Office rolled out to a barricaded situation in a local neighborhood. They called it a key move in the probe. Situations resolved now. With that person detained. No word yet on direct ties, but it's a big step forward. Investigators are still piecing it together. Fingers crossed we hear more soon on what went down with these scholars.
