Flemings, Cenac Declare for NBA Draft

0:00On April 19th, Houston Cougars' freshman point guard, Kingston Flimmings, just made it official. He's declaring for the 2026 NBA draft. The All-American standout broke the new Sunday at a press conference with coach Kelvin Samson. ESPN ranks him 7th in the class, and he's locked in as a top 10 pick. His rookie year was straight fire, averaging 16.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He shot 48 percent from the field, 39 percent from 3, and 85 percent at the line, smashing Houston's freshman scoring, and assist records. Fans and scouts saw this coming. No shock. He skipped sophomore year after drawing NBA eyes all season. He was a Bob Coosie finalist, earned all Big 12 first team and freshman honors, plus consensus All-American status.
