For those who are sensitive to dust or noise, the East Flagstaff Community Library will remain open during this time, and holds from the downtown location can be sent there for pickup. Additionally, six parking spots in the northeast portion of the parking lot at the downtown location will be blocked off from materials and construction during the project. Free parking is available on Birch Street, west of Humphrey Street and on Sick Reef Street. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary and exciting project.
