0:00What's up? I'm Corey, and these are your headlines from Sydney News today. Many websites need cookies to let you access full features, content, or personalized stuff. If you block them, you might run into issues like pages, not loading right. Cookies are small files that help sites remember your preferences, but browsers often block them by default for privacy. A common glitch happens in the Facebook apps in App Browser, where it sometimes ignores set cookies. This is a known defect they're fixing soon. The easy workaround is to make links opening your phones to fault browser instead. To do that in the Facebook app, tap the hamburger menu in the top right, go to App Settings, and turn on links open externally. That switches everything to your regular browser, dodging the problem. For desktop browsers like Firefox, open tools, then options, privacy, and pick custom history settings. Click, accept cookies from sites and third party ones, set them to keep until they expire and hit OK.
1:00In Google Chrome, head to tools, options, privacy, content settings, and allow local data. Uncheck blocking third party cookies and clearing them on exit. On mobile Safari for iPhone or iPad, go to Settings Safari, accept cookies from visited sites, then restart the app by holding the Home button.
