Welcome to Enterprise Radio, the signature show of the Enterprise Podcast Network, featuring some of the most prominent business professionals in the world today. And now your host, Eric Dye. This is Eric Dye and once again, welcome to Enterprise Radio, a part of EPN, the Enterprise Podcast Network today, we welcome Mr. Judd Hoffman, he is the CEO of Bethika AI, the company behind Voice Pilot, the first voice-powered AI assistant built specifically for real-estate contract execution at Mr. Hoffman, we thank you for joining us here today on Enterprise Radio. Thanks, Eric. I'm really happy to be here. And certainly appreciate your time in joining us here today. So for starters, if you would, can you tell our audience a little bit about your background and what led you into the real estate and technology space? Let's kick things off with that today. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll give you a little grub me in my background. So again, thanks for having me, Eric Judd Hoffman, as you said, co-founder, CEO of Bethika AI,

spent much of my career in real estate and the title industry. I was president of first American title for a while, also helped start state's title or DOMA, where I focused on improving how real estate transactions actually happened behind the scenes. What I saw, Eric, was that even though real estate, it's a multi-trillion dollar industry, the transaction process is incredibly manual and form heavy. And that experience basically led us to build voice pilot. And what that is, and we'll go over it some more, it's a little bit of an AI platform that turns simple conversations into competitive real estate forms and transactions. So instead of agents spending hours navigating paperwork, they can describe the deal and voice pilot structures into documents like automatically. And I'll end here on this one is, emission with ethical, like you said, is to bring AI, German workflows to real estate and make transactions faster, cleaner, and hopefully

fast-dressful. And you got to love it and who it want to be less stressed out on the process, good stuff. Now tell me for those hearing about this for the first time, what exactly is voice pilot and what problem were you looking to solve when you created it? Yeah, a really good question, Eric. At high level, voice pilot turns conversations into completed real estate forms. So real estate agents, they spend tremendous amount of time navigating paperwork. Compliance with hirements, data entry across many, many systems. With voice pilot, instead of manually filling out documents, an agent can literally call a number, describe the terms of a deal right on the platform and the platform converts into structured, compliant, transaction forms. So instead of the process being form driven, with AI, we make it conversation driven. So the goal is not to replace agents, everyone asks me about that. It's basically to eliminate the administrative burden so agents can use their superpower

and focus on advertising, clients, and closing deals. And a fantastic explanation there and that is most helpful for sure. Now looking ahead, what's the long term vision for voice pilot and do you see it expanding nationally? Yeah, absolutely. Real estate transactions across the country, Eric, they face some core challenges like complexity of the paperwork, coordination between multiple parties, right? So thank you for the question actually. Long term vision for voice pilot is become what we call an AI transaction operating system for real estate. So what that means, Eric, it's a platform that guides agents through the entire transaction process. So from the initial conversation with a client, with the completed documents, and ultimately the close a deal. So we started with strategic partnerships like California Association of Realtors in California, but the architecture designed to scale nationally and support all different states' forms

and workflows. I mean, truthfully, we believe the future real estate transactions will be AI guided and voice pilots helping lead that shift. Certainly appreciate your visit with us here today on behalf of Ethika AI, we're speaking with Jud Hoffman. He is the CEO of Ethika AI, the company behind voice pilot. The first voice-powered AI assistant built specifically for real estate contract execution. He's joined us here today on enterprise radio, a part of EPN, the enterprise podcast. Now, continuing on, Mr. Hoffman, you've built and launched innovative businesses in the past. What are two pieces of advice you'd like to give young entrepreneurs who are just getting started out? Really good question. I love that question. No one ever asks that, Eric. Yeah, I've definitely stepped into a lot of potholes myself. So looking back, I think two things I would say is focus on solving a real problem. I truly believe the best people and companies come from like a deep understanding of what's

broken and fixing it in a very meaningful way. And with me, I'll be honest, second is surround yourself with great people. Startups are a team sport. I guess all companies are a team sport, and the quality of your team will ultimately determine how far you go. I think all of us heard our parents say, surround yourself with people you want to be like. And you know what? You said one or two, but I'm going to add this because this is one that I really love is persistence, right? Building a company always takes longer, and it's harder than people expect. Everyone romanticizes it, but resilience is incredibly important. So I would just say stay persistent and just keep going. And certainly appreciate that advice, and I'm sure the listeners do as well. Thank you so much. And finally, if our listeners want to learn more about voice pilot or see a demo, where should they go for more information? Yeah, the best place to learn more and to demo is our website. Also, you can sign up for the actual voice pilot on there.

So you can go to www.aethika.com, and that's just hayethika.com, h-e-y-e-t-h-i-c-a.com. And you can also see the voice pilot in action and follow what we're building, Nethika. And so, you know, again, Eric, I just want to say we're very excited about it. We're very excited about what the technology is heading, and how it can transform the real-estate transaction and experience. The last thing I'll say is, remember for those agents out there, like getting to real-estate to fill out forms, they got it to like self-properties and buy clients, and that's what we're trying to do for them. Beautiful. And again, we certainly are appreciative of what you're doing through ethical AI. Again, folks, for more information, simply visit hayethika.com, Mr. Hoffman, all the best.
