Singer David Anthony Burke, known as D4vd, is facing first-degree murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and mutilation of human remains charges in California state court. Prosecutors allege he killed and dismembered 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez at a rental home. But as evidence surfaces, including alleged child sexual abuse material on his devices, are the feds getting involved?
