1:01Yes. But this just in from our friend Elliott Friedman. Yeah. Parking out in Canada. 32 thoughts podcast. He tweeted this out moments ago. A team counter is making an injury change for the upcoming Olympics. Sam Bennett will replace Anthony Sirelli. Very sorry for Sirelli Elliott says who was injured. Sunday. The outdoor game down in Tampa Bay. Now the question that everybody is asking on Twitter and elsewhere. You were asking this question among other things. What about Sam Bennett? He was injured last night. He left that game early. The game against Buffalo which was an important game for the Panthers. They lost again, but he left earlier. Elliott responds to the people asking that question on Twitter. Good questions about Bennett leaving the Panthers game last night. Apparently nothing concerning. Now there were a lot of people who were upset, including myself. I was wondering why Sam Bennett wasn't included on that original team Canada roster.

2:07So they get their way now. Unfortunately at the expense of Anthony Sirelli. Imagine you're I know he was part of the four nations team and they won there. And that's fantastic, but the Olympics is another level. So you have to feel for him. Sam Bennett takes his place. And I just love the edge and not that Anthony Sirelli isn't valuable. But I love and a lot of people in Canada love the Canadian edge that a player like Sam Bennett brings. Remember Sam Bennett scored a crucial goal in the gold medal game against the Americans during the four nations tournament. Also, last time I checked, cons my trophy winner. And raining cons my trophy winner. And people have told us there's no fighting in the Olympics. We know that, but doesn't mean you can't make room for guys like Sam Bennett. The Americans still have the Kochak brothers. You know after every whistle they're going to cause mayhem. Yes, there's no fighting. But why was Tom Wilson added to team Canada dawn?

3:10Because you know what? That element was missing a little bit of the four nations. Yes, they wanted the four nations. But they got bigger. They got stronger. And Sam Bennett, you bring the sandpaper. He brings it. Any hell. And again, I know it's good. And I know it's good. Those aren't outstanding. But he brings an element that a lot of people felt they were lacking. I don't think there's anything wrong with having both Wilson and Bennett on the roster. But again, you feel for Sirelli. Yeah, absolutely. You feel for him. What a heartbreaking thing. They're leaving pretty soon. And he gets injured like that. But you look at Florida's back-to-back Stanley Cup champs. Tons of grit. They're a playoff. Three straight Stanley Cup finals. Yeah, they're a big strong team with a ton of grit. I wish there was a team like that in here in Vancouver. But we don't have that. But now you know why Florida keeps going back to the Stanley Cup finals. The skills there. But they're also big and strong. Yeah, there's nothing wrong with that. And I know it's not a huge difference. But the ice surface is smaller. Yes. Over in Italy. And the arena is ready, by the way, kind of.

4:11Yes. The dressing room situation is bizarre. But they will play hockey there. Both the men's tournament and the women's tournament. Smaller ice surface physicality comes into play. Again, it's not much, but physicality could very well come to play a little bit more than it normally would during an international tournament. So again, Sam Bennett in, Anthony Sirelli out. I wonder, Rick, during these World Cup seasons and Olympic seasons. Yeah. Whether or not the NHL will make an adjustment to its regular season. Maybe start it a week or two, a little earlier. Just because it is pretty clear that this condensed schedule, and an Olympic David likes it, but he's the exception. I wonder if they will do something to make it less condensed. To spread it out a little bit more. And it's not just the Canadians that are having roster issues because of injuries. There are other teams, other countries as well. So I wonder if they'll do something moving forward.

5:11They should. The condensed schedule equals a ton of injuries. You know, every team's got a ton of injuries done. Including the Vancouver Connects, which will get sized out. In a bit, Filipino injured again. Last night. Last night. So now we're going to talk about the Connects. Okay. Sorry about that. Derek, we're good with the highlights. Last night in Utah. Rock and roll, my friend. Delta Center Salt Lake City, Utah. Nick Schmaltz to John Marino. Back to Nick Schmaltz. One nothing mammoth. They're in the home. Rock black. Utah pounds Vancouver 6-2. Connects in their mums. Oh, in Vegas on Wednesday. And then that's it for Vancouver. Olympic break after that. You mentioned condensed schedule. The Olympics are not in Salt Lake City. Italy is from Vancouver to Italy. It's 13 to 16 hours done. These guys, the connects. What do they got? Six guys going? These guys coming back.

7:11This isn't a cup of tea plane trip. Well, maybe they shouldn't take it then. Oh, I'm telling you. You're full of sorry for these guys. I'm sorry they're living a dream like. Donny. Like I'm all I'm saying. What do they look like? What do they feel like? Coming back from Italy on a 13 to 16 hour flight. Do you think they're going bargain basement on the flight over there? You don't know what the flight's going to look like. I'm going to guess they're going to be well taken care of first class. Then I'm okay. Well, I'm going to guess it might even be better than that. All right. Okay. So I would say the most significant in the connects lost. That's not huge news. Utah's in a playoffs spot. Yeah. But the most significant news from a connect point of view last time. Phillip Heel left the game after the second period of play just 736. He was minus three. Yeah. Had a tough time on a couple of the Utah goals. So automatically our thinking goes to was this another concussion related issue?

8:11Yeah. What are you hearing? That's still evaluating. You know, they're still looking at them. And, you know, I don't think Adam foot gave good clarity last night on. Well, do you want to hear from him right now? Yeah. Let's hear from him. And then break down what he said. Okay. Adam foot, head coach of the Vancouver Connects on the situation with Phillip Heel post game. The Phillip Heel didn't play in the third period. Yeah. I wasn't status there. Yeah, he tweaked something. So they just told me to eat somewhere and evaluate it. Shouldn't know more tomorrow. Not a head injury though. I hope not. How do you know a lot of clarity there? Ah, it is not clear. The first thing that you're the coach and Heel says he can't go. I mean, is it a concussion? And you're being told by the medical staff. It says, when you say tweak, you know, the demicle gets tweaked all the time. We know it's usually the growing. That's turned out well. Yeah, well, I know. But it was not a concussion. But a tweak usually means you know. I'm thinking growing. Growing up. Growing up. Growing up. Yeah. But he should have come out and said, you know, not, I hope not that.

9:12No, it's not concussion related. But when the coach says. He doesn't know. He's being honest. He's not sure. Okay. He's not a doctor. He's not a doctor. They're still evaluating. But it doesn't. His last shift, Donnie, didn't look like he had a concussion or it was a concussion issue. Or did something happen? He was growing up and down. The ice in his last shift. Nothing. When you're in that situation and look, I know this might be hard to believe. I'm not a physician. I'm not trained in medicine and that sort of thing. But from what we understand, is it's not just about taking a hit. When you're susceptible to that sort of thing. You manage to get that word out without pulling a groin without tweaking something. No kidding. It's bright lights. It's activity. It's crowds. That can set you off. Again, speculation completely. But it doesn't necessarily have to be some gruesome incident in order for you to have an issue. Again, speculation or whatever. This is how bad the situation is with the needle right now.

10:15You're hoping it's a groin or a hamstring. Exactly. Exactly. But obviously, you know, they're still looking into it today. And then we'll see what they say. Interesting because Ryan and I had the discussion yesterday and you were part of it. Is that when the lion signed TJ Lee. We heard about that in news and we saw a photo of him wearing a guardian cap. Which the football players who have concussion related problems or want to prevent something like that. They were those guardian caps. How about you? Whatever they call them. And I just wonder when we're going to... I don't know if there's anything you can do. Are we going to see that in hockey? Because I think that might not be a bad idea for someone like Philip Heidel. It might not be the best look in the world. Right? But if it keeps your career alive, it might not be a bad idea. And I wonder if there are hockey people that have reached out to football people about something like the Guardian cap for hockey. Let's hope it's a tweak of the groin or something and not concussion for Heidel.

11:17So what's your problem with Liam Ogren? I know. My goodness. I don't want to have a problem with Liam Ogren. You guys come in and talk like he's Mike Bossy and he scored 950 goals in 9 straight years. Mike Bossy was the best. I love Mike Bossy. Number 22. I just loved the deflection there. No, just talk. But you guys come in. You guys are talking like he's Mike Bossy. He's got 8 points and 25 games of the conax. He had a great game last night. But I, I, and a 17 fifth on a real good hockey club. What's his ceiling? He's probably third line. Third line on a real good hockey club. Look at the Quinn, by the way, we'll talk about Quinn used a later. And when he was up to last night and has been up to since he went to Minnesota, just adding conax, agony. When the, when the trade was made, it was almost like Ogren was a throwing. Yeah. Right? The least ballyhooed. Good word. Absolutely. Of what the conax received for Quinn used. And everybody else is injured.

12:17There's still the draft picked. Come. He's been the most impressive of them. I think he's played the most. I mean, he's not played the most out of three. He's played the most out of three. He's played the most. And Ross, you're both injured. Yeah. But he's surpassed expectations, no matter what you say. Don, don, don, don, don. On a good team, he's ceiling his third line. He'll get more opportunity to play higher in the Vancouver lineup because the conax is 30 second. You'll love his compete. Love his speed. You'll love his shot last night. Lots to like about him. Now, here's the goal right here. And Garland does a tremendous job. The speed here, blowing by. That's it. That's it. And they, boom. Nice shot. Absolutely loved that play. So you haven't noticed him. And not tonight. That's not talking about him racking up points. I'm talking about just him being noticeable out there, which 90% of the conax roster, including the players making a lot more money than him, aren't? Yes. Hey, guy, I have no issues with what he did last night. Look at this. And there was other numerous plays where he created your goal. But you want the consistency, right? Every single game. And are you getting that?

13:17Yes. In terms of effort and being noticed. Okay. Okay. Again, he's not expected to pile up points. Okay. I'm just saying he's been impressive when I really didn't know much about him and didn't expect much. Well, not many people knew him. And before he came to Vancouver, he had no points in 19 games with Minnesota. He was struggling there. Like he was, he was struggling there. Why do you think they put him in the deal? So therefore, no. I haven't noticed him. And he's not 19 or 20. He's 22. He's the same as LeCarrie Mackey. And yet you may wish to. It was forced after excuse for Patterson. And he's 27. No, I don't make excuses for Patterson. Stop it. Patterson's got no goals in 10 games. But apparently some people on Twitter, he's back. Nine shots in 10 games for Patterson. Okay. So Liam Ogren, at least some of us are saying that it's at the very least right game last night. He's exceeded expectations so far. Yeah. And what you say may very well come true. I said to the guy, you know, my play-by-play guy is Will Gavin, the British viral sensation, the redhead guy with the beard. So it's going to be electric. I said, how many people are really listening to Super World One AM or two AM, you know? And I guess last year, over 4 million people watched it, and well over 100,000 listened to it, because you know, people are going to Super World parties, so they take ubers or truck drivers or whatever. So I can't wait. It's going to be amazing. I loved the fact that he told me, for two years in a row, the number one sick day in the UK has been the day after Super World.

20:29I don't know why, in a sick way, I like to take pride in that. Yeah. They call off because they want to watch our Super Bowl. I love it. It's funny. Did you break into a little bit of an English accent there? I thought he detected that. No, I can try. I'm terrible about it. Right now, I'm having a diet Pepsi last. Yeah. Because I don't need the calories, like you blokes. Okay, blokes. I don't need the calories. I'd rather this was a Coke zero, but they don't have any Coke zero, probably because they're sponsored by Pepsi. So I'm drinking a diet Pepsi. It's very early in the morning. Hey, Ross, tell us that I know you're not a doctor, but what's the latest regarding the health of the two quarterbacks? Drake Mayhish, shoulder.

21:30And then we hear about the oblique with Sam Donald, which didn't seem to bother him during the NFC title game. Yeah, I think I'm a little bit more curious about the Drake May shoulder. I think he'll play and I think he'll probably be fine, but fine is not the same as 100%. Fine is not the same as, you know, being able to do the stuff he did all season. I'm really curious because even like last night, you watch some videos of him. Didn't seem like he was moving the right arm as much as he was moving his left arm. And, you know, maybe this is a big conspiracy theory. Maybe I'm making too much of it, but I'm curious to see how much it affects him if at all. I mean, he's talking about it. He says he'll be fine, but I guess we'll find out. Hey, Ross, you're not allowed to do this in the hockey playoffs, but it kind of bugs me about the NFL playoffs. Seahawks offensive coordinator Clint Kubiak. He's going to be the new coach in Vegas. Should he not be 100% getting this?

22:31How do you allow somebody to talk to another team about a job? Well, what would you suggest they do differently, Professor Rick? After the season, after the season, after the season. Why not after the season? Well, because the playoffs are long and the season is long. And so you've got the combine. You've got all kinds of pre-draft stuff and these teams that were not good last year, like the Raiders, like the Cardinals, they're not really looking to wait. You know, they're kind of looking to get their guy and start to work and build towards next season. The good news is this is the least of your worries, honestly, in the sense that there's two weeks in between. He knows he's getting the gig. It's not like he's doing other interviews. I think it's a tougher thing for the Rams coordinators, when those guys had three interviews the day before they were playing the Bears. During the game week, Kubiak, especially now that he knows he's getting the gig,

23:31he's all in on the Seahawks for the rest of this week. Bill Belichek, I've got to get your thoughts. Not a first ball at Hall of Fame, or would you think of that? Surprise, probably like everybody else, but the more people you talk to, the more you realize. There's probably several reasons for it, but I think the biggest is that the process has been altered and there's probably some unintended consequences. You know, it used to be there was a contributor and you could vote yes or no. A coach, you could vote yes or no. And then seniors, community candidates, yes or no. What they've done now is they put all those guys together and said you can pick three out of five. And what's happening is a lot of the voters want to make sure the players get in. So I think they're voting for the players and not Bill Belichek, not Robert Kraft. And I think some of them probably thought, well, Belichek will definitely get in. So I'm not going to vote for him. Yeah, Ross, I think you've answered this question before on this show a couple of years ago.

24:34Did you enjoy playing for that organization playing for Bill Belichek? I mean, I enjoyed playing professional football period and I enjoyed being in the NFL. I would say if you're looking for like warm and fuzzies and positivity, that was probably not the place for you. It was probably more negative reinforcement and very serious and all business, but it's kind of hard to argue with the success they've had. Yeah, off the subject here, Buffalo Bills, Joe Brady promoted to head coach. Are you okay with that? I mean, I guess I think it's a little bit surprising. If you think about the fact that they made the big move to fire Sean McDermott because they wanted to change and move on from the status quo because they recognized that they weren't getting over the hump.

25:36To move on from the status quo to shake things up and then opt to promote someone that was already there and opt for familiarity and continuity is a little bit underwhelming. Maybe that's the difference, but they already had him. I guess I'll always see how adding more to Joe Brady's plate is going to be the secret sauce. Okay, Ross, we got to ask you this, two questions. Number one, who wins on Sunday? Number two, Rick wants to know this, are you a bad bunny fan? Yeah. Number one, I think the Seahawks win. I think they're the better team. I think they would win seven or eight times if these teams played ten times, but the pages only need to win one. But I like the Seahawks about 20 to 17. Both defenses are really cooking. I don't know anything about bad bunny. I cannot name a single song. I don't know anything about him. I didn't even know it was a him until this week. Bad bunny sounded like a female to me. I don't know. So I guess we'll find out. I'm going to be there. I'm calling the game.

29:42Well, yeah. They like them. But this is concerning if you're a connox fan that that that Mark O Rossi is at 1.5%. Like this is the guy they've been after since last July. All summer they tried to get Rossi. And looking. Keeping in mind this is a poll on Donia Dolly. Yeah. Right? Not what's going on on the ice. We haven't seen a lot of Rossi's voting on this connox fans. Yeah. This is very concerning that Rossi's that low in the connox. I thought you'd be talking more about Ogrin being this low. So for the people like myself who were a little upset that Sam Bennett didn't get named to the roster. There you go. He's headed over to Italy. They leave on Saturday. The plane leaves on Saturday. But an hour's drive south of Calgary and it involved a semi-truck hauling gravel and a small passenger vehicle heading. He's JJ Wright and Cameron Kassoros. Kassoros. And I hope I'm getting these names right. 18 years old. Do you know where they're from? Campbell. Yeah, I think. Two four camps. So thoughts, prayers, condolences to their friends and family. Also with them, 17-year-old Caden Feinies from Alabama. They were killed reportedly again on their way to practice. I mentioned that earlier. The driver of the semi-40-year-old man received minor injuries. Again, just absolutely, absolutely horrible.

I tell you, people in the NFL have tons of respect for the CFL and the great athletes that are involved. And part of that is because they're jobs. Yeah. Football jobs are up here with nine teams. And I can say nothing but respect for the CFL. Also, let's look at the way this league has humbled a lot of guys with massive egos. Specifically recently, like Johnny Manzel coming up here. He couldn't name. Doug Flutey came up and he says, no, no, but what I'm saying is, a lot of these guys respect Warren Moon. Doug Flutey, these guys came up and did well. They went. Cam Wake. Holy smokes. Singleton. Yeah. Singleton Denver. They respect the Canadian football league.

44:56A lot of them do because they come up here. They do well. They go back down. Yeah. Absolutely. So speaking of the Super Bowl NFL, NFL making news yesterday, guys. They are now up to eight international games for 2026. Okay. Yeah. So they're going back to Madrid, Munich, Rio in Brazil. London's going to have three games. First ever game happening in Paris. Wow. First ever game happening in Australia, they're heading to Melbourne. They also announced after this is well, by the way, they're going to Mexico City. So it's interesting. The way they've done this mass expansion. Gidele was asked about it yesterday. If this is also going to lead to 18 games and said, do you potentially have? Maybe every week, do you have an international game? Is that a possibility somewhere down the line? It sounds like this 18 game thing is going to happen whenever it happens. It's going to happen. And they've talked in the past about maybe an expansion team. Well, or an international Super Bowl as well. Like, do they have the Super Bowl in the...

45:57I don't think a team will happen. I just don't see... Well, I'm even interested. Like, how are they going to do this Australia game? Like that one, I don't know, man. That's like... 46:59Do an NFL game. From a technical... Technology standpoint. Having replay all this stuff. Obviously, you have CFL facilities. BC Place, whatever. But the NFL doesn't see them fit to host a game. Yeah. Has the minute game... That's I agree. Is the minute game at the home of Byron Munich? Yes. Yeah. That is a massive structure. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Commonwealth in Edmonton. It's a great stadium. How could they not hold an NFL game? Well, there's a track separating the fans in the field. See, that's the thing. I think it's a beautiful stadium. Yeah. Commonwealth. Yeah, I'm curious what the reasons... It is a beautiful stadium. But it's too big. It's too big. It's too big. It's way too big. It's way too big. It's too big for the CFL. Yeah, it's way too big. I mean, look. They get concerts. They just announce Post Malone Jelly Roll. They're going in there this summer. Like they get concerts. Yeah. Like BC Place does. But Commonwealth is... Of course, they were hosting the Commonwealth Games as well. But I just wonder if they... They wouldn't dial that back. They've given a second chance. Here in Vancouver, Toronto, Ed... Oh, everywhere. I mean, because... Here's proof in the pudding. Is Saskatchewan and Winnipeg have built brand new buildings? Hamilton. They cap out at what? 45? No. 40? 30s. Right? And keep in mind that when BC Place was built too, it wasn't just about the CFL and its big numbers at the time attendance-wise, there's also the thought that Vancouver was going to get led by Senator Ray Perot, a majorly baseball team. Yes, yes. Right. So that was one of the reasons it was... It was built. Yep. That didn't happen. No. For the games there, they had... I remember the exposed playing. I believe the Mariners, Cubs played here. Well, didn't... Wasn't there... And they just... The baseball and that stadium did not work. It's official. Tuk baseball hat. It's all there. Oh, yeah. All weather. I mean, it's warm here. It's warm here. I'll be skiing on Thursday. It's just been beautiful weather in the snow has been great. So can't wait to get out on the slopes Thursday. Yeah. Well, the weather's been great here in Vancouver back in July and August. Craig, you heard the news. We just talked about here. Sam Bennett takes the place of Anthony Surrelli. And I can't imagine how Anthony Surrelli feels.

52:00Also, do you understand why Sam Bennett is the person who replaces him? You know, you feel for Anthony Surrelli an opportunity for represent your country at the Olympics. It comes along every four years. And certainly you feel. You know, disappointed for him. And then the flip side of this and the excitement that Sam Bennett has to be feeling after the disappointment of not being named to the team. And so you have the discipline on one side, the excitement on the other. But when you think about the way Anthony Surrelli plays and you think about a capable replacement, a replica reasonable fact, similarly, however you want to put it, Sam Bennett is that guy. And I think that Rocky Canada has a they've gone through an exhaustive process to identify players. They went through the painstaking exercise of trying to pair down their roster and then naming it, then having to deliver those phone calls

53:02to the ones not named to it. But they knew and they know who the replacements would be depending on on an injury or a particular player at any position in any situation. So I see Sam as that player that is just about the perfect replacement for Anthony Surrelli. Yeah. The other candidate would have been Bidard Sheffley, Hyman, MacGabin, Selimian, Edmonton, Wyatt Johnson, and others. Craig, let's talk about the connection for a second. You know, they lose last night six to Utah. We've been talking a lot about this player acquired in the Quinn Hughes deal. What are your thoughts on Liam Ogren? There's some differences of opinion here. I think he's really stood out to the point where I think that connection would be pretty happy with him right now. What do you think? Well, he's a young player, Donnie. And to me, he's a third line player. He's a third line winger. The plays like a rugged style game.

54:03He plays a hard game on the pot. He goes to the net. He creates some space. You know, makes life uncomfortable for opponents. And because he's a smart player, he knows where to get to and when to get there. And I think those are important elements. But I think when you're looking at Liam, you have to understand what he is and what a skill set is and what attributes it brings to the team. And then celebrate those. And I think that, you know, we look at first round drop picks as, oh, boy, oh, he's first round drop pick. He's only a third line guy. Listen, third line guys are really valuable in this league. And I think that Liam O'Grinn can be all of that. To add to that, he's a terrific, terrific leader. He's always been a leader in his age group over in Sweden. And really, really respected for the way he plays. I mean, in the U18 tournament, he played like a lot of players protect or draft status that I'm not. I'm not here to criticize that.

55:04Or in any way, shape or form. But he played with a bad ankle that required, you know, some off-season rehabilitation and a procedure. But he was so dialed in to helping the team and being part of being there for the team that he played less than a hundred percent. And he knew that he wouldn't do anything that would be long-term. But he was dialed in for the team. And I think those are qualities that are really, really important. Craig, still with the connox, I want to ask you, going into a rebuild, what, you're the GM and you got a rebuild coming. What kind of coach is the best for a rebuild? Because we just saw the Caramacchi no ice time. And over time, he scored a nice goal earlier in the game. Only one shift last 12 minutes, third. It's got to be a coach that's good for young players in a rebuild. What kind of coach is the best for a rebuild in your eyes? Yeah, and Rick, I think without knowing all the circumstances

56:08that unfolded over the course of the game, I didn't play 12 minutes. You can score a goal in a game and show well. And then you do some things that, you know, didn't help the team or you don't earn the ice time, you know, I don't know what that could be. But I think you have to allow for that. Here's to me, the biggest thing any coach has to do with a young team and with young players coming in. There's certain things that are non-negotiable, like, okay, effort, making sure that we're going to stay in the competitive fight. And young players are going to be at different stages of that. But making sure that they're going to dig in, that they're going to be responsible, that they're going to really, really understand that the effort and the commitments and the competitive spirit that you display are really important. Players are going to develop in different ways. So, if players are doing that,

57:08and they make mistakes, you correct them, you help them, correct them, you help them understand what they are, and then you help them move forward, then that's what you got to do. And I've seen many examples over the course of years and years and years of coaches who do that really well, and coaches who don't do it so well. But I think that that's got to be mandatory. If I'm the manager, that's what I'm telling the coach. If we're developing a player, you know, put them in that position, and then make them accountable. But if he's green and he's not quite ready, and we have him up here, it's a reason why. Be patient with that process. You don't have to be, you don't have to let him go on the details in the competitive area. That to me is what you got to do. Because if you don't do that, you're not helping the player develop. Well, let's stay with this. Look at Rick Tockett, getting a lot of heat and filly crank. With the way he's handling a matvay Michkoff. He's getting it from the media, the fans, and now the president and the GM said,

58:09hey, we got to play the kids. What do you think of what's going on with Tockett? Well, I think the problem with, with Rick, is that matvay Michkoff showed up in camp out of shape. He said, oh, I had an injury, I took a train. So he didn't tell anybody that he had an injury, shows up in camp out of shape. And then he plays with what I would call a laissez-faire attitude. And if Keith Jones and Danny Breer are not supporting Rick Tockett in terms of how he's handling Michkoff and making him earn it, he's lost every player on the team. And then more importantly, you lose credibility as an organization. You got to back your coach there. And again, Rick is a guy that's going to dig in and help the players in terms of understanding. Play hard, dig in, be competitive. You might get overwhelmed at times, but if you're in the battle, you're in the fight, you're okay. Michkoff is now just starting to start to realize, this leads a little bit hard.

59:10From a high pick, I better be careful here about trying to be laissez-faire, because the problems that a match at Michkoff are self-inflicted. He's done it to himself. He doesn't deserve any more than he's gotten in my view. Great stuff, Craig. Okay, Saturday night, Langley event center. My son and I went and saw the Vancouver Giants play the Cloner Rockets, and nine two Rockets win. Tijaginla, three goals, three assists for the Rockets. I thought by far the best player on the ice. Sixth overall by Utah 2024. What's he capable of at the NHL level, Craig? I can't believe he didn't mention Joe. Didn't Joe have a goal in that game? No, he didn't. He did it. Well, okay. I'm kidding. I was Joe going to say, I said, I had seven points last night. I didn't even think about Joe. So Tijaginla is a terrific player.

1:00:10He's smart. He can score. He can make plays. Let me be simple. I don't have to go through the hole like his whole resume. Bottom line is for Tijaginla. Any type of game you're in, Tijaginla can be a real factor in it. Bass game, heavy game, skill game, detailed game, defensive game. He can do it all. And he does it with a with a real serious competitive edge. A lot like his dad and with respect to underestimate him, you're in big trouble. And Tijaginla is going to be a star in the national athlete. If that, I have no doubt. Barry trots who replaces him in Nashville. That's a good question. I mean, I see this often, guys, there's lots of really good candidates for injured. I think it's going to be the Nashville predators are going to determine, you know, what type of profile they're looking for for that position. You know, everybody brings a different profile. What are you looking for?

1:01:10Are you looking for somebody that's younger? You're looking for somebody with a management background? Are you looking for somebody with a scouting background? Are you ready to give somebody that hasn't had managerial GM, GM experience and opportunity? So I think that there's no lack. There should be no lack of interested candidates. And there's no lack of qualified candidates. And I certainly think that, you know, we can go through a long list, a short list, any type of list, but that's an attractive job. And not that jobs as a general manager of national athlete are unattractive. But I think Nashville has some good young players. I think they established themselves as a franchise in that city that has relevancy and stature. So I think you go in there and you work with a good ownership group and a real passionate foundation.
