Fatal Lakeland Fire: One Dead, Cause Unknown

Firefighters rushed to the scene on Pine Ridge Drive, around 9.45 pm, and faced heavy flames in the carport. They quickly started fighting the blaze and searching for anyone trapped inside. Crews found one person dead near the carport area. Luckily, the second occupant had already gotten out safely before help arrived.
