Fairfield School Gets Honda Passport for Manufacturing Training

Passport All-Wheel Drive, nicknamed Blueberry by the instructor, Honda and the United Way gifted the vehicle during a special unveiling on Thursday, right in front of the school with students, teachers, and guests. Watching, the class gets the fully disassemble and reassemble it, pulling off tires, doors and seats to mimic real factory work, and build those hands-on skills. Honda engineer who graduated from Fairfield shared how his early classes there launched his 22-year career at their Alabama plan, starting back in 2004.
