In this episode, Matthew Schutte discusses the issue of excess solids in manure pits and ways to address it. The solids are the non-digested portion of manure. Bacteria in the pit should work on breaking them down. If there is an excess of solids, Matthew recommends treating the pit with a specific product that contains beneficial microbes. Come watch it!
