On March 9th, a former West Midlands police officer has pleaded not guilty to serious misconduct charges. 29-year-old Kayleigh Moye denies having intimate relationships with four criminals while accessing their police records. This allegedly happened between September 2022 and December 2023. She also denied involvement in supplying cannabis on November 20, 2023, plus two counts of possessing the drug on December 5. 2023 and February 8, 2024. At the brief court hearing, Moye confirmed her name and pleas from the doc. She's currently on unconditional bail. The judge warned her to attend the five-day trial starting September 11, 2028, or it could proceed without her. She must submit a defense statement by April 22nd this year. Her lawyers are lined up for that date, so the case moves forward as scheduled, with everyone watching closely for what comes next.
