On Ukraine, Russian President Putin says he supports 'the proposal to cease hostilities’ but has 'reservations'. Kaja Kallas is the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and was Estonia’s Prime Minister until last year. She joined the program from Quebec where the G7 is taking place.
