We're heading into 2026 and I want you to identify your priorities so you know how to show up. This is part one of two on setting up a whole plan. Now I did a whole session on this. It was two hours long. Just go to my YouTube channel, find it. I think it's called planning for 2026. I even have the PDFs which we're going to talk about a little bit if you need this. Just just in case this is episode 719 and 720. Identifying your priorities and the process. That's why you're you are going to be set for 2026. I'm trusting this is your daily real estate. It's a podcast. It's a show five to ten minutes every single day. I mean, look, we're on episode 719. That's crazy. All right, here's how you do it. I want you to start with something super simple. Start with four buckets. I want you to start with health. I want you to start with relationships. I want you to start with work and I want you to start with growth.

So simple. Four, you're going to break these down. These are your main buckets that you're then going to ask some questions around. No question number one. Really easy. Okay? Don't try not to filter or judge what feels off right now. So think about this. You're asking these next three questions. For these things, health, I feel what feels off right now, right? Okay. I know I can answer mine instantly. Relationships, what feels off right now? Work, what feels off right now, right? Easy. I do this. I actually do this every weekend when I'm planning and going through my priorities. And I think, okay, self, family, business, what feels off. And then I write it out and it goes into an amazing tangent. Question number two, remember, this is for 2026, so you're planning correctly now. You're in November.

It's, it's time number two. What is already working, right? Easy. It'll remind you of what you need to double down on. So health. What's already working? Well, for me, Tristan, it looks like I'm already walking almost daily with my wife and I love it. Right? So that hits two buckets, relationships and health. Well, what's already working when, when it comes to work? Well, for work, man, my team is amazing at work and our online leads are, they're on, there are just, they're just on. Now with past clients, we could probably be doing a little better, apply a hop, right, where our brand needs to meet them at home on Lyron in person. We could definitely be better there. Okay. Got it. What's already working? And then growth. What's already working this year? How did I grow? All right. This is how I want you to start thinking because the last question should bring it all together.

What would make the biggest positive impact in the next 30 days? Because now you're at the end of November. December's coming along instead of easing out. It's time to buckle down, start planning. Okay. What, what the biggest positive impact be in the next 30 days? Starting with health. Well, dang it. I'm not waiting until January 1st to start working out daily, 20 minutes a day, 30 minutes a day for whatever it is. I'm going to outline my workouts. Good. You know, I'm going to eat better. I'm going to start tracking daily the next 30 days, every single thing that I eat, easy. Relationships. Well, what would make the biggest positive impact in the next 30 days? Let's just say relationships. Let's say it's your spouse. Well, for the next 30 days, every single day, I'm going to do my best to spend to invest 30

minutes a day with my spouse uninterrupted. Just focused. Okay. Cool. That's for you. Great. If not, don't worry. What would make the biggest positive impact in the next 30 days, outlining who my past clients are and reaching out to them? Similar to the challenge that we did, right, which were those five daily things. You remember those reaching out to five people a day, going on social connecting with them there, sending them a no card, that whole thing, right, that would be good in growth. What would make the biggest positive impact in the next 30 days in growth? Well, dang it. I would love to read a book that can help me grow my business or structure my systems. Boom. I would love to listen to more podcasts. You know what? I'm going to finish one book this month of December and I'm going to listen to one podcast a week that has to do with growth, right, emotional, mental, business, right, something like that.

Now, do you see where I'm going? Because all of this, you're going to write down, you're going to write down and you start creating a plan for this. I went in depth with this. I mean, super in depth. It was a masterclass and it's free. I just posted it up last week or a week before that on YouTube. Go find it. It's 2026 planning. It's got my name on it. If you need this doc, this is part one of two because tomorrow we're talking about the process. We're going to take one of those things and we're going to break it down so you can understand how this will look longer term. It's a living document. That's where it is. Hopefully this helped. Have an awesome day and let me know if you need this. I'll see you tomorrow.
