If I'm not learning from them, then you know, we need to look at something. I learn from my wife everyday. I just think it's important to continually be learning because there's so much to learn, and we don't know. "

Arch describing the biggest misconception he had about sales: "Different people value different things. I think it's important to really understand and spend time asking questions. I thought my job was to talk. I would listen to respond versus really sit back, learn what they want actually and give it to them."
