In today's episode, we interview Ms. Shauna Colnan, the principal of the International Grammar School. Shauna has held leadership roles in several top Sydney independent schools. Before joining International Grammar School in 2014, she was Deputy Principal at MLC School and Head of Curriculum at Abbotsleigh. She spent 16 years at Barker College, leading the English Department and later becoming Head of Curriculum and Professional Development. Shauna began her career teaching English and History at Ravenswood School for Girls and has pursued academic studies at the University of Sydney, University of New England, Harvard, and NYU.
