Then they look ahead to the SEC Tournament, breaking down the potential early matchups for Auburn on Friday and explaining why the 4 seed might have been better than the 3 seed in the long run.

After a look at the state of the SEC and some potential openings in college basketball, they close with a discussion on their most hated foods.
