Episode 30 - Saying Goodbye to Bailey: A Lesson in Trusting Timing
About this episode
Hello Friend,
This episode is tender. I recorded it the day after we said goodbye to our sweet Bailey. From her diagnosis to her final breath, it was a whirlwind of emotions, decisions, and surrender.
I wasn’t sure I would ever release this episode. It took me a month just to listen back and edit out the long pauses. But I promised you raw, and this is me — raw, unfiltered, and still very much in it.
What I share here is more than the story of losing my dog. It’s about the way our bodies speak to us, the way intuition guides us when the mind can’t make sense of what’s happening, and the way divine timing holds us, even when it breaks our hearts.
If you’re walking through your own season of grief or letting go, I hope this episode offers you companionship and a reminder: you don’t have to rush your process. Your body knows. Your intuition knows. And timing — as painful as it can be — can also be trusted.
With love,
Nicole Hoover
