In this week's episode we  discuss dealing with difficult people in the workplace. It's not always your boss or superior who strikes a nerve! It can sometimes be a colleague who you have to learn to deal with despite their negative stance or hostile attitude they parade around the workplace. The good thing is we are here to add some tools to your toolbox and explore what can help in these trying and difficult situations!
