這次去洗牙醫生跟我說~我的牙齦跟牙齒中間有一些牙結石，要趕快清掉啦
牙菌斑很喜歡躲在牙結石的保護下，因為我們刷牙是無法把牙結石給刷下來
要靠牙醫師來幫忙清
而且讓牙結石在牙齦跟牙齒中間越堆越多
可是更容易讓細菌繼續往裡面入侵的喔!!
記得定期回去找牙醫師檢查保養一下你的牙齒唷
