Ep33: Parts Work - Creating Peace Within Yourself

There can be a misconception on the healing journey that you are "broken" and need to "change and fix yourself"... but the truth is that you are already whole and complete. Parts Work allows us to see all parts of ourselves - especially the hard and challenging parts - as not only playing an important role, but are absolutely necessary in our healing. When we can learn how to fully support ourselves and provide ALL parts of within us with compassion and love, this is where we see that there is absolutely no change necessary. In today's episode, we dive into what Parts Work is and how to begin to work with the different parts within yourself to help bring cohesion and peace to your inner system. We also provide some of our own personal examples we have experienced deeper healing with in using Parts Work within our own lives.
