目前擔任香港理工大學教授的林明珠博士，從小立志當主廚，就讀明道餐飲科期間，參加許多國際賽事奪冠，之後在美國四季酒店及紐約高級法式餐廳等地工作，並持續進修於美國紐約餐飲學院取得學士、英國布萊頓大學取得碩士，更取得全額公費留學資格，到英國斯特拉斯克萊德取得餐旅博士，並多次擔任國際餐飲烹飪比賽評審，所指導學生更在2008及2016年拿到韓國及法國國際展冠軍，本集讓我們一起來聽聽林明珠博士對餐飲科系的熱愛及對有志從事餐飲相關事業學生的建議。
