What I thought was going to be a conversation about his worldwide adventures in Bigfoot research quickly digressed into something I was not expecting! The story of Eduard Albert Meier commonly referred to as "Billy". Billy claims to be in regular contact with extraterrestrial beings he calls the Plejaren.
