現在美國公債殖利率超過5%，如果本金夠大都拿來買美債，光利息就可以拿到手軟，所以很多人在討論增貸買債券，畢竟台灣房市很火熱，去年第四季六都房價全數上漲，如果自己買的房子也跟者上漲，就可以問銀行能不能再多貸點錢出來，以房貸利率2%，債券利率5%計算，這樣一年利差有3%，每增貸1000萬，每年利息收入就多30萬，增貸買美債到底行不行？
