Ep 79 - Jeremie Lotemo | Breaking Patterns & Safety In Relationships

Jeremie is a transformation coach, poet and podcast host. 

Previously he comes from the advertising world helping clients and brands influence the behaviours of their ideal customers. 

It was through this process that he began to realise that conscious thought is not actually in charge of our behaviours and he began to connect with the power of the unconscious. 

This led him through a journey of self-discovery in which he started applying his marketing observations to himself and began to realise how much his own choices and decisions were a product of outside influences. 

From there he started to write a new story that aligned with the vision he genuinely felt for himself and has transformed his life inside out. 

He currently works as a transformation coach helping clients do the same thing to influence them on an unconscious level and reestablish safety in the body.
