🎙️ The MarshyCast – This Week’s Guests! 🎙️Â
On this week’s podcast, it’s all about health—healthy heart and gut!
As always, you can catch even more interviews and fun on my live radio shows—weekdays from 10 AM on Express FM and 4 PM on HGV1 Radio. Now, let’s dive into this week’s podcast!Â
I spoke to Registered Nutritionist Alex Clark and Andi Denyer Willis from Slimming World as February was Heart Month. We talked about how making small, simple changes to your diet and lifestyle can have a big impact on your heart health. We also discussed how you don’t have to give up your favorite takeaways—you can still enjoy them while making them healthier (and cheaper!).
I also spoke to Specialist Registered Dietitian Caff Rabess about gut health and how it connects to overall wellness, including mental health. We looked at ways to improve digestion through diet, and as someone who is dairy and gluten intolerant, I even found out there are things I can do to help my gut health too!
Thank you as always for listening to The MarshyCast, whether it’s your first episode or you tune in every week—it means the world! Like, share, and subscribe, and don’t forget to check out my weekday radio shows on Express FM from 10 AM and HGV1 Radio from 4 PM for even more great content.Â
