Ep 26: Mental Resilience & Decision Making for Longevity: When to Quit vs Persist
About this episode
This podcast is on a topic that I have struggled with thought it something that perhaps many of my listeners will also find hard.
How do you know when it's time to quit on a project, relationship, business or sporting ambition.
We all know the old adage "Quitters never win and winners never quit." But this isn't true and is far too simplified for this complicated world we live in.
Winners, I purport have quit many many times, the key is they didn't stop going for their goals they just rearranged and changed things. Being flexible in the face of adversity is key.
In this podcast I give a simple framework to work through when deciding whether to continue on a given path or when the cost of continuing isn't worth the investment and is causing you to lose out on other opportunities.
