一開始只抱著「待半年就好」的心境來到加拿大，沒想到一待就是幾年過去。從最一開始的觀光簽證，一路升級成打工度假簽、工作簽，最後拿到 PR 永久居留權。 來到遙遠的陌生國度，一切重頭開始，才重新認知到自己在台灣的位置。 台灣有家人、親戚，有摩托車可騎、汽車可以開，身邊都是一起長大的朋友，說著流利的官方語言中文，這一切都是我從沒想過，但卻一直在我身上的特權。 我是第一代移民，對我而言，台灣始終會是我的家鄉，但我家現在是在加拿大。
