Entrepreneur Arrested for Alleged Assault

This went down last month on March 31st, inside a $2,000-dollar-a-night room at the fancy Bacarot Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. He's facing charges of second-degree strangulation and assault with intent to cause physical injury. And he pleaded not guilty. According to the criminal complaint, Pastorneck supposedly choked Ha with both hands after she tried filming him, leaving her with neck redness, throat, pain, and trouble breathing. He also allegedly slammed a door on her multiple times, bruising her arms and hips bad enough for medical help. Pastorneck and his team fire back, saying Ha was the real aggressor, emotionally and physically abusive, jealous, and even attacking him that night. But he's also dodging heat from investors in a cryptoscam lawsuit filed March 23rd, accusing him of diluting coin values and wiping out there, money. Service finally caught him April 17th.
