19:11was also on the cruise too and not only that but his parents were on the cruise so when I saw him I immediately recognized him and I was like whoa hey you're here too and we're like roommate we were roommates and then you know there was like beef over the dishes they're like this what you did your dish I'm like no it's not all my dish and then there's some odd beef right and then eventually like all the roommates got involved and it wasn't really resolved and then I moved out of that apartment 505 in Bailey and into my own place and so you know that beef was there and then when I saw the dad I was like hey what's up and then he's he's like oh you I know you are you the one that argued with my son and I'm like yeah that's me good memory yeah so I'm the person known as the one that argued with the son interesting interesting but then I saw him

20:18and I talked to him and I said hey what's up good to see you how's it going hey we got to catch up and then later on I was like hey you know there's something I got to talk to you and then I talked to him one on one as brothers in Christ and I said hey you know there's something your dad mentioned even mentioned it to me and really I think we should get this resolved and this beef resolved yeah there's what's on the cruise and there was like maybe 300 ministers and pastors and so the I was there and then I asked them okay and then I just said hey hey what'd it be cool if we can forgive each other and just move past that and then pray for each other and then he's like sure and then we just like pray for each other and we forgive each other and from then that I just felt a deep sigh of relief and thank thank you Jesus thank you guy for you have released this one grudge this one thing that really hurt me badly this one thing that made me think that man

21:26what's the point of all these relationships and friendship there's one thing that took away my smile for so long there's one thing that drawed me away from the interview the the Christian club that I was attending so it really impacted me a lot and led me towards deeper bad things but by the grace of God I've been able to forgive him and then after those years man God allowed me to forgive and break so many other chains the chains of addiction the chain of binge watching the chain of procrastination and one after the other be disciplined and following the Lord so we praise God for the art for the ability to forgive and the only reason why we were able to forgive each other was because Christ had forgiven us because Christ had given us the ultimate command and also

22:35example of what true forgiveness is like and so we got to forgive just like Joseph forgave his brothers when he became second and command over Egypt and his brothers sold him off before to the slave to the market and he went through jail he went through prison he went through many difficult things and when he was up in that and they were coming to collect food Joseph he was in secret just still giving them grain and food so then they can survive that hunger famine you know so in the Bible we can see how forgiveness was so powerful eventually the whole family we united and moved in together because Joseph was able to forgive his brothers for what they've done to him yes so first we have to examine our heart what grudges bitterness are you

23:38holding on to and then secondly the practical steps to forgiveness forgiveness it may be challenging forgiveness may take you becoming the biggest or the bigger person in the room and there may be deep hurts but forgiveness it starts with prayer you have to pray Lord forgive me of my debt as I have forgiven my debtors forgive me of my debt as I have forgiven my debtors that's from the Lord's prayer forgive me as I've forgiven others if you truly forgive others you know you're threatening God if you need help Lord I need help I I cannot get over it I cannot get past it I cannot do it alone so I rely on your power I trust you God make a way when there's no way I am limited I'm powerless but God you are almighty God who is able to forgive so I will rely on you

24:43for this forgiveness amen so ask God for this strength to forgive others his strength his power must be involved in your forgiveness then you can say hey I'm only able to forgive because of what Christ has done because of the Holy Spirit power in me that empowers me to forgive and to love and to show that this isn't just just a act but this is genuine because I know the Lord has forgiven me amen amen praise the Lord so let us shape your interactions and your relationship with other people beautiful things will happen when you continue to forgive others in the name of Jesus it promotes peace unity within your family within your friendship within your community this forgiveness is something that the world is missing this day and age and we must say Lord
