He didn't show up. The judge ordered him deported. British commentator and social media provocateur Milo Yanopoulos, arrested by ICE and deported back to the UK. A third day of deliberations getting underway in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, after jurors asked to examine key evidence before breaking for the weekend. 2:05to bring skeptical Democrats aboard his campaign against Republican Mike Rogers. The Associated Press reporting the apology coming during a meeting with the state's Jewish Democratic caucus in Lansing. The controversy dating back to March 12th after an armed attacker drove into Temple Israel in West Bloomfield Township outside Detroit. Once I had addressing the attack in a March 13th social media video. Amen Hazali hurt people. There is no justification for what he did. It was wrong and he never should have done it. Hurt people hurt people. A week earlier an airstrike killed his niece and nephew. Imagine if that had never happened. Imagine there was no war in Iran. Imagine if there were no airstrikes in Lebanon. Imagine if his family had never died. Imagine there was never an attack on Temple Israel. That's the world that we want to live in. That's the world we need to build for. Democrats always bigots violence. Only peace can extinguish that because hurt people hurt people. Nearly six months later those remarks following El Sayed into the general election. El Sayed facing questions from reporters Saturday at the state Democrat convention.

3:06At the end of the day our responsibilities to come together as a party. I'm clear I got a really important question about that at the Jewish caucus and my comments might have been misconstrued to be justifying something I did not intend to justify. To anybody who feels like my comments might have been hurt for. I'm really sorry I was not my intention. We condemned that airstrike. We condemned it outright. What I was trying to do is offer context for what happened. It wasn't the time for context and you'll ever want to travel somebody's pain. El Sayed also reportedly softening his message at the state convention after defeating Congresswoman Haley Stevens in the primary. CNN reporting he avoided naming a frequent target of his campaign the pro-Israel lobbying group A-PAC in his speech. His outreach also running up against questions about far left streamer Hassan Piker who appeared alongside him at multiple campaign events during the primary. Piker building a following among young progressives and drawing criticism for remarks about Israel, Jews and the September 11th attacks. If you want to make this race about a streamer in California, I just think you're missing the vote. This is about affordability and mission. This is about being able to see a doctor in Michigan. This is about Donald Trump's disastrous policies in Michigan. That's what I'm focused on right now. I am not interested in a conversation about a social media person in California. The fight over the Democratic Party's direction also surfacing on the Sunday shows. Former Obama White House chief of staff in Chicago mayor, Rahm Emanuel, a possible 2028 presidential contender, drawing a line over how far the party should stretch to accommodate

5:09its socialist wing. Emmanuel yesterday on Fox News Sunday. I don't consider Democratic social as part of the Democratic Party. About four weeks ago, they had a convention in Chicago, a separate party. They believe in defunding the police, letting prisoners out of prisons, opening the borders, eliminating the Pentagon. If you're so confident, people want that. I'll see you in November. Put it on the ballot. Let's go. Run as a separate party. The Democratic Party is not open to be taken over. Elsewhere Sunday, attention turning to who might lead the party's next presidential ticket. At Congressman Jim Clyburn of South Carolina, weighing in on the party's presidential prospects yesterday on NBC, as his home state prepares to hold the first Democratic primary in 2028. Former Vice President Kamala Harris keeping the door open to another run, prompting a question about whether Clyburn would welcome another Harris campaign. When you look to 2028, Congressman, do you think Kamala Harris should run for president again? Now that's up to Kamala Harris. I supported her when she ran the last time.

6:11I will consider her among all the others if she were to run again. But rather than now she should run, it's a very personal, family decision that I will leave up to her and her family. And when they make that decision, whatever it is, I will then make determinations as to what my actions will be going forward. Harris currently leading the Real Clear Politics average of 2028 Democratic primary polls at 21.2%. Six and a half points ahead of former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. British political commentator Milo Yanopoulos deported to the United Kingdom after US immigration authorities accused him of overstaying his visa. The Department of Homeland Security confirming Saturday that Yanopoulos was removed Friday, one day after ICE agents arrested him at Louis Armstrong, New Orleans International Airport. DHS saying he entered the US legally in May 2019, but stayed beyond his authorized period. An immigration judge issuing a final removal order on July 22nd after Yanopoulos failed

7:14to appear for a hearing according to the agency. Yanopoulos rising to prominence during President Trump's first campaign as a bright-bart editor and outspoken supporter of the future president. His public appearance is becoming flashpoints in the debate over free speech, drawing both devoted supporters and protesters demanding he be denied a platform. Yanopoulos making confrontation part of his appeal, delivering often viral marks like these. Feminism is cancer, thank you very much. My view on this is that anybody who asks for a safe space or a trigger warning should be immediately expelled. The queers for Palestine, possibly the stupidest people to walk the face of the earth. Overlook the statistic that 97% of Palestinians believe that homosexuality is an unacceptable lifestyle choice. I'm not scared by terrorists, I'm scared by Islam. Yanopoulos later taking an unpaid internship in the office of then-Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, before working for rapper Kanye West, now known as Ye. Yanopoulos also becoming increasingly critical of President Trump after his early support.

8:18His arrest now drawing celebration from conservative activist Laura Loomer, following years of public feuding between the two. Loomer telling the Washington Post she repeatedly contacted ICE, DHS, and the FBI about Yanopoulos being in the country illegally, beginning in 2024. White House borders are Tom Homan addressing the administration's handling of the case yesterday on CNN's State of the Union. Look, it's my understanding, looking at the Department of Homeland Security, press release, that he overstayed his visa. I believe it was a visor visa, but I'm sure. He overstayed the visa, he was ordered to appear in immigration court. He didn't show up. The judge ordered him deported, so once ICE gets the order deportation from a federal judge, their job's actually that order and that's what they did. He had his due process ordered removed by federal judge and ICE removed them. It's that simple. Homan also saying multiple people tipped off ICE, stopping short of confirming Loomer's claim that she was responsible for the arrest. The jury and Lindsay Clancy's murder trial set to resume deliberations this morning after ending last week without a verdict. The nine women and three men spending roughly 10 hours deliberating Thursday and Friday following five weeks of testimony for more than 80 witnesses. Clancy pleading not guilty to three murder charges after strangling her three young children inside their Massachusetts home in January 2023, then attempting to take her own life. Both sides acknowledge she was mentally ill, leaving jurors to determine whether she was also criminal responsible for the killings.

11:22The panel able to consider first degree murder, second degree murder, or manslaughter, as well as not guilty or a verdict of not guilty by lack of criminal responsibility. Defense attorney Kevin Reddington telling reporters jurors sent just one note on Friday, asking to examine prescription pill bottles and the knife used during Clancy suicide attempt. That request coming around 10 a.m. less than an hour into Friday's session and roughly four hours into deliberations overall. Juds William Sullivan discussing the request with attorneys at Sidebar without bringing jurors into the courtroom or publicly reading their question. Any verdict requires unanimous agreement and the judge may declare a mistrial if jurors cannot resolve their differences and remain deadlocked. We spoke with the MK True Crime Show co-host Phil Holloway, asking first whether jurors should have been kept sequestered as they weigh Clancy's fate. Whether or not to sequester a jury is always within the sound discretion of the trial judge. It's one of these things where there's a trade-off because jurors don't like to be sequestered

12:26and so it can make a juror less likely to pay attention in court. It could cause them to be distracted by feeling like they're missing out on personal matters. And so judges have to balance that with the needs of the trial or in this case the rights of the parties who have a fair trial. So the judge basically has to balance those considerations. I think in this case probably sequestration would have made more sense, but it is something that's within the sound discretion of the judge. Inside the jury room, Fridays request for evidence offering a rare glimpse into deliberations, the Holloway cautions against reading too much into it. Anytime we have jury notes, you really lack context other than the actual note itself, but we just don't know what prompted them to submit that note. It may have been one juror that had a question about what the knife looked like or it may have been a group of them that wanted to know more about the pills.

13:27It's very difficult to infer anything, particularly at this early stage in the deliberations. Once we start to see more notes, and I think we probably will, we might be able to discern some sort of a pattern and be able to see if they might be leaning one way or another based on a series of notes, but with just one note, you really can't tell. The panel now set to enter a third day of deliberations. We asked how that timeline stacks up against the volume of evidence presented. 10 hours of deliberation for a trial that lasted more than a month is really no time at all. We can expect probably several more days of deliberations. There's a lot of evidence to go through. There's a lot of testimony to go through. You have a lot of conflicting testimony that the jurors are going to have to consider and debate with each other in the jury room. You might imagine that there's going to be some

14:27strongly held beliefs in that jury room. There's a lot of people in the public, for example, who have strong feelings that she's absolutely guilty. You have strong feelings that she's absolutely not guilty by reason of insanity, perhaps. You can imagine there's probably some of that in the jury room. It's going to take a while for the jury of 12 people to reach any kind of consensus. A man posing as a San Francisco 49ers player, along with his supposed financial advisor, now under arrest, accused of running a shocking fraud involving scamming dozens of women out of about $1.3 million. Federal prosecutors in Oregon, identifying the defendants as 35-year-old Dejan LeBraie Love and 18-year-old Taylor Jamie Chan, both charged with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Investigators identifying 26 alleged victims across California, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon in a scheme stretching back to February 2022. Love allegedly finding

15:27women through dating apps and social media, then convincing them to send money for investments to him or Chan, whom he introduced as his financial advisor. Love presenting himself online as a wealthy San Francisco 49ers wide receiver. Love publicly posting photos and videos of himself dressed in team gear, pretending to train, along with posts allegedly stolen from real NFL players and presented as his own. An affidavit submitted by an FBI agent detailing more than $1,100 in purchases from a custom football helmet company, plus purchases from businesses selling realistic fake cash and social media followers likes and views. Investigators describing those purchases as part of an effort to make his invented lifestyle look legitimate. Outkick obtaining video of love, documenting supposed career milestones for the woman he was trying to impress.

16:43But the NFL and the 49ers reportedly telling investigators love had never been employed by either organization. The affidavit describing other identities love allegedly used, including saying he was related to Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love. Love also allegedly telling some women he was a real estate investor from a wealthy Swiss family. Prosecutors saying love pursued romantic relationships with many of the women, promising they could build wealth and a future together. Love allegedly using phone apps to fabricate bank balances and investment accounts, making it appear he had the fortune to back up those promises. One alleged victim reportedly losing more than $87,000, only uncovering the deception after nearly a year of dating love. Another woman reportedly describing threats when she resisted, alleging love said he would physically hurt her if she didn't give him the money in her savings.

17:46According to the affidavit love's fabricated social media presence, led search engines and artificial intelligence to occasionally identify him as a legitimate 49ers player. Investigators searching his name themselves in January and reporting that some results repeated the false claim. His financial records reportedly telling another story. Investigators finding no identifiable legitimate source of income. The FBI arresting love and Chan at the Boise airport on August 24th. Investigators saying love was an Idaho to meet new targets. The Bureau believing there are more victims and urging anyone who may have been caught in the alleged scheme to come forward. That'll do it for your AM update on Tom Bevan of Real Clear Politics.
