About this episode
What's this? Someone slipped isekai nonsense past the gates. A doctor, Goro Amemiya, is tasked with delivering babies in the remote japanese mountains. However, one day he discovers his new patient is Ai Hoshino, famous idol looking to have her baby in secret. Then several drastic genre shifts from murder mystery, to isekai, to baby slice of life, and finally teen revenge fantasy, but also show business? Anyway, its a wild ride.
