About this episode
I can’t say for sure but I think Jon Weberg may be the youngest guest we’ve ever had on this show. He’s already self-published a book, spoken to entrepreneurs at conferences across the U.S., and founded successful start-ups. Our conversation today is about focus, intention, making sure your actions match up to your intentions. You can be financially successful while being of service. It was my great pleasure speaking with Jon and, if you don’t know him yet, my great pleasure to introduce him to you. KEY TAKEAWAYS + anything he creates, whether it be video, or written content, he always checks with himself first to see if it would help anyone.
Finding yourself is key to being happy because you save energy by not having to pretend anything, by being completely authentic. It’s not draining to chase dreams that you really want.
Be somewhat of a scientist about your life: take notes on your goals and progress towards them, try to observe the effects of your decision-making in your everyday life.
Being fulfilled in life is making progress.
BEST MOMENTS
“In my business, and in anything I have almost ever achieved that’s important in my life, I have written it down at some point.”
“I want to give and help and work with as many people as humanly possible because to me, there's nothing better in this world than making people smile, [making them] happy.
“How can I think about this to make things better than they were, and move things forward?”
“This ties directly back into the ethics of what is good, because if you're always valuing things that are good and valuable, you should most of the time do things that represent the valuable.”
ABOUT THE GUEST
Unbeknownst to him, Jon had started on his path to being a multimillionaire entrepreneur and author by the age of 10, when he began doing online marketing, following in his father’s footsteps. Staying in a Duluth, Minnesota hotel when he was 14, he jotted down a few ideas for what would become Marketing Mastery Elite.
By the age of 20 he had written his first book, and was traveling across the U.S. speaking to aspiring entrepreneurs on how they could increase their own profits and ROI.
