Authorities arrested him for looting and lascivious acts with a victim under 12 years old. The alleged incidents happened back in 2020 during a family trip to Panama City Beach. Investigators learned about the case from a tip by Tonto Town Police. A now 14-year-old girl reported multiple encounters where Dugger asked her to sit on his lap and touch her inappropriately. She said he later apologized and the behavior stopped after that. Bay County Sheriff Tommy Ford made it clear that fame doesn't matter here. No one gets a pass for breaking the law, he stressed. It's worth noting Dugger's brother Josh is already serving time for child pornography convictions from 2021. Dugger had his first court appearance by Zoom on March 20. He waived extradition so he set to head to Florida soon. Meanwhile, police in Tonto Town are still digging into possible extra charges.
