Here at the Zebra, research shows the average person would rather endure a root canal than search for auto and home insurance. Just try to relax. Or be trapped in a car for eight hours with toddlers on a sugar high. Or remove a nest of irate hornets. That's why the Zebra searches for you, comparing over 100 insurance companies to find savings no one else can. Compare today at thezebra.com. We do the searching you to the saving. I think I'll wait inside. I'm caught up in the game. My attention is on every play and every whistle. But what I'm missing is a signal coming from my kidneys. That signal isn't like a ref's whistle. It's more of a silent SOS which could be warning me of an increased risk for events like heart attack or stroke. And a way I can catch that signal? A simple urine test called UACR. If you have type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure, talk to your doctor about the UACR test. Select the SOS. Visit detect the SOS.com to learn more.
Welcome to your top true crime hub for the variety and episodes you're looking for. Enjoy. It'll match you. That's me, too. And we're up 90. Horrible, maybe. Horrible? All right. I got to read your exit. You're here. Cut. Are you okay? Move. I'll just put your first name. A-N. A-N. A-N. A-N. A-N. A-S-Y-Like. D-I-A-S-Y-H-Y-A. D-N T-H-Y-D-O-E-L-E. S-D-H. D-U-E-S-P-H. I'm gonna be a ph. There's an inline. G-I-A. G-E-I-A. How'd you pronounce it? J-L-Y-A. J-L-Y-A. All right. Hold on, you. 19. 19? Yeah, let's give her a... Okay, you from Jackson? Oh, I was born in Jackson, but I live in Smith City.
Brings home in Jackson. Oh, here. Or brings me in there? This is more interesting. Isn't it? It's a country town. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Fishing honey and goods up. Yeah. And that's what I like to do. The fisherman. I like to fish. I like to work, man. We work. All other trees. They keep you busy. Oh, yeah. I'm a climber. All right. Yeah. Keep that, man. I get the more of my feet need to stand around. I used to when I was young in that village. Yeah. So now I'm old and gray. I keep my feet on the ground. Yeah. No, no sky diving. No, none of that stuff. That's all. So... All right. Tell me why you're here. I was pretty, uh... I mean... I mean, don't waste my time, please. Yeah. I mean, give me some respect. Yeah, yeah. I got the job to do. I'm asking what happened tonight. I got the wrong company. I don't have a drink. I have a...
I ate a bean and cheese burrito. From Taco Bell? No, no. I went to a... a party for a Michigan Center. Oh, yeah. Where I got it. Are there any penalties? Yeah. Yep. That's what I did. Ashley Bordman. Ashley Nicole Bordman. Who's that? The girl... The bigger girl that was in the car, I mean... I don't know nothing else going on. I don't know names, and I don't know anything like that. So... Okay, we're calling up a... She's not not any probation. Bordman? Yeah. Um... Is it a burrito? You're with Ashley? And my girlfriend Amber... She had nothing to do with... Amber... Amber... Um... Sager. S-A-E-E-R. G-E-R. She had nothing to do with it. Okay. Amber didn't... No, nothing to do with it. That's where. All right. Well, um... Honestly... I was drinking...
I hardly ever drink, because I'm usually working... I mean, I was working a week. It's hard to say. Sometimes we work 80 hours, my day to Sunday, and then sometimes we'll have slow weeks where my boss has got stuff to do, you know... Well, um... I don't know. You get paid well? Oh, yeah. I'm a climber, so you get paid more than everybody else. Oh, yeah. I'm just... I'm not just a general laborer. You go up in the trees and... Yeah, yeah. I climb and cut them out, and gin them out, and stuff out here. Yeah. Rope them off and you get a lot of stuff. Yeah. So Amber didn't have nothing to do with it? No. Amber had nothing to do with it. She... I honestly said no the whole way there. Okay. But, um... Honestly, I don't really remember... Like... Well, I'm just going to make sure your score is the same as Amber's,
the same as that. Right, right. Or the third team you're talking with, so... Right, right. Well, Ashley is, um... a compulsive liar. She, um... She's not falling into the air. Is Amber a compulsive liar? Oh, no. Well, that's my girlfriend. I wouldn't throw myself at them with her, like that, as she was. Anyway. I mean, I don't know. I don't... Listen. I'm going to tell you what. Been doing this for a minute. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. I can tell, once I was trying to be evasive, and all that stuff, and all that happy jazz. Yeah. To be honest. It's going to look better for you, being honest, than to try to be around a bush, because I'm going to get hold of every single person involved. I'm going to talk to them. They're going to leave the story over here. Yeah, I'm not going to lie to you. Amber. Why did you guys go over there to do that? Up on Jefferson Street. Okay. We went to the um... Companor play hunt by Prod. And Webro. Yeah, what? Well, um...
For some reason, I got a really... I said, I need UV blue. Okay. I probably chugged three from here and off. Uh... Yellow. The yellow. The yellow tie. I don't know what kind of it is. The bottle. Well, I don't drink that often, because I'm usually working on it. But um... My mom kicked me out of the house and kept my attic. No, no. It's been a while. Okay. She kicked me out of the house and left my ex-live there. After I paid her $100, just recently, she kicked me out and left my ex-live there. Direct. Amber, um... I'll hold. I think she's still married. She lied to me. That's why I broke up. Amber, I'll hold your ex. Yeah. Okay. So she kicked you out and left your ex-live there? Yeah. For $100. Well, I paid $100. I was where I left. Okay. But I paid more. Found it then. Nothing's on record. It was my mom at Cross Center.
Yeah. Well, um... I finally decided to stay. I grew out of life. When I went on, um... I still been working and all that. But I've been... I have ODD and I'm on social security because I do have a lot of mental problems. Okay. I do have anger issues. Well, that doesn't exactly come as a surprise. I drank a little too much. I was getting persuaded. Actually. Actually. Orward, man. Persuading to do what? She stopped at the house. She was driving my car $1,000. Not this day tonight. Yeah. I was at the house with her car. Yeah. No, my car. The expedition was mine. I worked for it. So you were at the house. People... I wasn't driving. I know. I'm not worried about you driving. Yeah. So she... She had your car? Yeah. She was driving. I had no clue where we were going. We went to, um... You know that little... Like, there's a little white house. And then across from that,
I don't know if there's a blocky bar. But there's like a little... There's like a little... I'd say like a... Literature? Mm-hmm. I don't know if it's for monkeys or whatever. My dad would be able to tell you if he called him. But, um... We went there. She got me... Well, I paid for it. But she got me, um... So she ran off. Okay. And, uh... Basically, she... She went to the dinners. And my girlfriend ended up having me chug them all. Okay. But that wasn't because she was trying to get me to do anything that I didn't want to or anything. It's because she wanted to give me a hammer or whatever. I don't know. Her girlfriend did? Yeah. You know, I think it was like a party or whatever. Mm-hmm. And I'm not really the one in the party. So... So... Ashley's the one that... Ashley's the one... That comes over in your car. So you're at home. Right? Ashley arrives in your car.
Well, this is how I'm sorry. My mom kicked me out. My brother... Yeah, yeah. My brother basically broke up with my ex. Your brother... My brother broke up with his... Well, Ashley's the boardman. Mm-hmm. And then, um... Your brother's actually Ashley's boardman? Yeah. Well, um... I thought it was... Because he just left her in the dirt. Mm-hmm. And then... Basically, what happened was with me and my girlfriend Amber. I stayed with her and her sister Lindsay's boardman. Mm-hmm. She was in the... Well, um... I showed up there after work and, uh... I was like, you know, I don't want to drink tonight. Mm-hmm. Well... I don't know. I feel like I've persuaded to do something I wasn't supposed to do. Okay. And you think Ashley's boardman persuaded you to do this? She... Well, how do I... How do you say she persuaded you to do this? She's pulled up at the house and said Noah's in there. Up at Jefferson?
I don't know. Where are we? Up at the city? And... Yeah. Okay. And Jackson. And it wasn't Noah. Noah's not a little brother. Noah's a little brother. Yeah. And she... He was dating Ashley. Yeah. Okay. Noah's last name. Out there. G-U-E. And P-H-E-R. No, I don't think he's a little brother. Yeah. That's my little brother. Okay. So... Take me back again. She pulls up... You guys first meet up at your house? I'm trying to get this... No, no, no, no. We've been hanging out for a while. People don't want to kick me out and look at my actions. You've been... You've been... You've been with her for a while then. Ashley? Yes. Well, it was me and Amber. Then Ashley said, hey, since your mom kicked me out or kicked you out. You could live with me in my... Or me in my sister for a little bit. So you want to live with Ashley? No. I was living with Lindsey Nicole Borden. I really know Lindsey Seltenborg. Where is that at?
Um... Okay. Okay. So you're staying with Lindsey Bordenman? Is Ashley staying there too? Yeah. Okay. That's your sister for you. So you guys all three over here? Is Amber staying there? Yeah, Amber was staying there with Amber staying there too. Yeah. And Ashley Bordenman and Noah broke up, correct? Yeah. Okay. Why did they break up? Noah basically left her. Okay. But that was no reason why I stayed with her. The reason why I stayed with her is because my brother left her and left her out to hang basically. I mean, they were with each other for a year and me and her have always been friends. We weren't messing around or nothing because I had my girlfriend with me and Amber. So we were just friends. My mom kicked me out at the same time.
So I said, screw it. You know what? I'll leave. Even though I paid her rent, I was like, I'm not going to try to make her effect me or nothing. I hit the screw and I just leave it. I'm not going to get it for problems. So we went to London and I paid her money and Ashley paid her money for us to stay there till at least Sunday. Okay. Well, when we left, yeah, we left and Ashley was with her friend that gave her a ride home for work. In a world of endless notifications, there could be an important one you're missing. Your kidneys may be signaling in SOS. With high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes, your kidneys could be warning you of early signs of damage, which may put you at higher risk for events like heart attack or stroke. But there's a simple test that can help spot a hidden signal. Ask your doctor about a urine test called UACR to help detect kidney disease and heart
risk early. To learn more, visit DetectTheSOS.com today. Let's go places. Okay. Well, we all got together, I know it's you, you, Ashley and Amber, but before that, it
was me and Amber in my car, and we showed up, and my dad helped us, and I talked to my dad for a little bit, and we have a lot in the garage, and we were talking to him and how Noah is treating Ashley and all this, and this was before I was treating her anything. And we were in there, we were talking, and then we ended up leaving, and after that, we went to the party store to start. Okay. We went to the start, and it had Ashley, I gave her some money, well, no, at first I went in there, I bought some stuff to break my change. And I had $200, I had $200 bills, and I went to the store, and basically bought, with a slim gym, a patchy, like one of the bigger patchies, and then, well, I think four burritos,
like one of the, like the, being the cheese burritos, like the 89 times ones or whatever, well, I bought those, and then, I went inside, and the only reason why I went in there, bought that, is so she could break my home, or they could break my 50, that way I could go in there, because I didn't trust Ashley, so that way I could give her like a $10 bill for a pint, and what I wanted was a pint of UV blue, and she would not be the pint of UV blue, I drank it, well, I took the patchy that I bought, dumped it out, just enough where I could pour the whole pint and the patchy, so I started drinking it like that, but once I started drinking, I let Ashley drive, because I'm not stupid, I'm not going to drive, well, once I happened, we ended up going to another store, next to the Lockies,
or we're talking about a great off-page of. Missing of? Yeah, yeah, right there, that's a little bit worse right there, we ended up going there and she ended up getting me a smearing off, her a smearing off, and Amber a smearing off. Well, I paid for it though, so yeah, I ended up paying for it, and anyways, Amber asked the one who was a painter, it's called woman, I'm a white road, or off a white road, a red street? Yeah, okay, yeah, what, what, what's that? Yeah, right, it's something like that, I don't know, but I was drinking, I continued to drink, and two of them, I think so, I was drinking, yeah, yeah, well, once I went in there, I was sitting in the car with Amber and drinking, and she got out and took off and went to the
house, and she said, I think Noah's staying here, because we got her, huh? She said, you're drinking, she's in there, then what happens? We pull up this house, and I'm so intoxicated, I was drinking, and basically what happened was, I got out of the car, kicked the door open, because we're all, where was Ashley, Amber, and she pulled the car? No, I actually got out with you? Yeah, okay, and then basically, and I sent the door, nobody answered, I looked to the, I looked to the window, I've seen my ex Amber in there, okay? And then Amber, a pulled, a pulled, and then her a pulled, and I think that's what her name is, I'm not even sure, because when I was with her, she told me her name was Amber White, and then I found out the issue was married, okay? And then I was like, yeah, whatever, I left her, and I was like, I'm not playing that shit enough.
Well, basically after that, I got out of the car, my two, and the door opened, so you kicked it open, Amber goes in with her, Ashley goes in with you, right? Yup, okay, and everybody goes in, oh hey, I don't know, Ashley goes in with you, I'm asking her for a minute, and Amber stays on the car. They're gonna tell me, so, oh yeah, I know, but I don't care what Ashley said, I know she's a maid, right in here, right in there, okay? Is it the one the troopers got? The night melt, yeah, yeah, I thought, yeah, that's why, where'd you get that from? Shit, I don't want to be a snitch, but I'm not creating a bag, so I just want to know how you got it. I want trees for where it does come from, and I want people to get free, and they have to make a pill of their freedom, I don't want to go to the bench. Did you get out of the street? You got out of the street, you didn't buy a shootback or anything like that? No, okay, I said it's not only who got it, it's not one gun, is it?
Yeah, I had it for about three months, a hundred paperwork. How much did it have to come with it? It's an eight millimeter, black tube. Black tube, didn't you? Yeah, so it was $5.50 off the door, if you got it at the store. Yeah, I got a good deal on it. I tried, like, what happened? I had a 40, I had a 40 count, and then I traded it for a $380, shit, you get up. I mean, I'm nitrate. You ain't telling who, who did it? You just created it, I don't care. I mean, so I don't care what your name is anymore. No, I don't know. Okay, okay, okay. So I traded the 40 count for a $380 and a $9000. Okay. Well, I filled the $380, kept an $9000, because I don't need to do that. I just wanted one, just for personal protection. Gotcha. Well, what happened was, once I had $9000, I had it for a while,
I've actually had the $9000 for a little bit. Well, I kept it in my safe, and I took a certain ticket with me when I moved into the... Because, these African-American people started giving me problems. Well, I wanted to keep protection. I didn't fight your work, didn't you have money? Yeah, yeah, I just didn't want to get robbed or nothing. I have a home, like, I have, like, a grand and a half worth of system in my car. Yeah, shit. I don't want to be robbed. Yeah, absolutely. Well, I'm just shy of living my life and basically protecting a shed. How long have you said you had it for a year or so? My gun? Yeah. Oh, no, I... Much enough? Yeah, probably. I had it, and I kept it in my safe, and I never pulled it out. Well, then my life went to shit, and my mom kicked me out, and kept my accident. I heard how it pissed me off. Oh, it pissed me off. It pissed me off. Yeah, it pissed me off. I thought, like, it'd be crazy or something. Yeah, yeah. My mom's always betrayed me, though. She locked me up for no reason. She wasn't.
She wasn't. She wasn't. Definitely, yeah. Oh, man. That's pretty hard to do. Yeah. Anyway, look back up. You kicked it in. You have the gun in your waistband. You go in first? Yeah. Yeah. Who's behind you, Ashley? Corbin? You said, I wasn't paying it. I just... I don't know. She said, oh, I know, Ashley said, let's go in there, and see what's going on. That's exactly what she had. Let's go in there, too. It's going on. Okay. So, basically, when I went in there, I kicked the door open. It took me three tries, because I was drunk. You know? Okay. Well, it made me sick. You have a little problem with this in here. So, your little brother is in there? No. No wasn't there. No one got there. Yeah. So, he's in there. Who do you have? I didn't. I know it's hard.
But, man to man, I know that I know you're a pretty strong little guy. I can already tell. Man to man is hard. But you need to get it out. You won't make that. Yeah, but I made it. No. The Toyota Tundra and Tacoma are built to keep going, blending rugged muscle with precision engineering, all supported by Toyota's time-tested legacy of dependability. Although Anthony is hesitant to reveal the details, the detective knows that this is the only chance he'll get to make Anthony speak up, and that is exactly why he'll push him to make several important statements. But I've been in a pretty dark place to him in my life. All right. You need to get it off your chest. You'll feel much better. What I went in that house, I didn't have that in hurrying anybody, and I didn't know what
I was doing because someone dies to pay. I even had, I went on live, I don't know, man, I should be acting older than I am. I am mature, but I did dump shit, yeah. All right, 1990. 1990 was the dump shit. That's life. Yeah, but dude, I'm not, not every 19 year old doesn't keep a shit like this. Yes, I've been, I've seen a lot more than you think. I ain't just want to get the piece of shit out here, you know. I can relate. I'm a country guy too, like fishing a good old boy like on me. Dude, where's that front of how we do this fish? You know, you made a bad choice today. I made a really bad choice today. It's probably going to change my life for the rest of my life. I don't know about that. Do you know of my brother? I don't know yet. I don't know yet. I don't, I don't know. It was when I'm trying to figure out what happened up into that point.
I get briefed. I get a little... How do you guys not know where brothers are, right? Because I get called in from home, okay? I get called in from home. They give me bits and pieces. Once I talk to you and I find out what's going on, then I'm going to go find them there. Can I tell you if your brother is okay or not? Once I find out, yes, I can't. Okay? So that's kind of where I am, okay? Dude, my brother is my wife, man. The little baby bro. Where was he at in there? I don't know. I didn't see him. Okay. Dude, I don't know what I did. Okay. So you go in there. You have a gun. Okay. You know what you did because you're telling me I made a venture. I do know what I did. I kicked in the door. That's all I remember. Okay. And you had a gun. Yeah. And I do remember popping a shot at the floor. That's all I remember. Okay. Where was that in the house where you popped this? Is there going to be a bowl? Okay. I'm going to go look at this. Make sure it matches up. All right. Yeah. You know what I mean? It was 12 shots, right? Yes. Well, I put 12 shots in the chamber. Talked it.
Put another one in. 13. Yeah. Okay. Do you think when you shot, you could have hit somebody else? Honestly? Yes. Okay. Who was that? I wasn't aiming at anybody. What did you see in there? I didn't see my brother at all. Okay. I see him. Just one dude. I went downstairs. And I don't even remember what the place looked like. I went downstairs to do the... All I had to do was shut the door. And then when he shut the door... I took a shot at the door. But I did it to the left. When I shot the door, I shot it. It's a lot. Because when he shut the door, he seemed to have begun to shut the door. It was a lot. First he tried to come at me. But when he... When he saw the gun, he took off. Okay.
And then... I shot the left side of the door. The very left side of the door. I shot the left side of the door. The very left side of the door. I think... I don't... I wouldn't be able to know in the 15 minutes. Everybody in the house if I wanted to. Because... There was a girl. And I want to keep talking to the door. The girl. I think her name was Anastasia. Anastasia? Yeah. There was an Anastasia there. What's your last name? How do you know her? Oh, I don't know her. You don't know her? No. I think... Anastasia. Anastasia knows who... Anastasia is majorly obsessed with my little brother. Okay. Anastasia. Bored in the morning. Well, when I got drunk, Anastasia was just constantly talking. Let's go over there. Let's go over there. Let's go over there.
Okay. So, let me get this right. This isn't what you're saying. Actually, you're obsessed with Noah. Oh, yeah. Majorly. Majorly. Noah's over there. Okay. But another girl. And I'm guessing that's why Ashley wants to go over there. Correct. Is that fair statement? Yeah, but I didn't even know where the place was located. No, but she does. Oh, I didn't even know how she knew. It was crazy. She's somebody... She just had to let's see if they're there. Okay. Well, obviously, somebody knows where they are. Yeah. There's no big house I'm seeing at Jackson. Well, yeah, but I don't know how she knew. It was crazy. Okay. So, you go in there and you kick the door in. Obviously, you're... To kick the door in and go in. There's nothing else. First. Okay, then knock. You knock. You kick the door in. Okay, because Noah's coming to the door, right? Well, I heard with... Oh, shit. Okay. And who said that? Tell me from inside? I think my axe. So, your axe, which is... Amber. I don't know if she lied to me.
Amber upholed. Yeah. Amber upholed. But she told me her name was Amber White. And then I figured out she was married. Okay. That's her. So... So... She said, oh, shit. You think it's your axe. You go in. Okay. You said you go down the basement right away. No, I... I kicked the door open... The front door. Yeah. I kicked the door open. And then, uh... Basically... Basically, I saw... Amber run downstairs... That's anybody else. So, I went downstairs to talk to Amber. Okay. Amber tried to grab in the gun from me. Okay. So, I went like this. I had to gun in the sand. I pushed her off the gun just so she wouldn't have the gun. So, I don't trust her. So, I pushed her off the gun. And, um... Um, I seen the big dude shot the door.
I didn't know if he had a gun. Because, in the seizure girl, threatened, um, with, I don't know, three different Mexican dude names. Well, when she threatened me with the names, I figured that dude was the dude that she threatened me with. So, um, I didn't know if he had a gun or not. When investigators began to look... You said he stood shot to the door. Why didn't we do that? Ignorant? Ignorant? Here, here, here, somebody? Dude, I... I... Dude, I'm probably gonna go for 20 years or something. No. No. I mean, even if I didn't. You know, I... I do care. You know, I probably don't know what I do. Nobody's dead or anything like that. Okay. All right. So, Tonya? Tonya's assault. He's probably a virgin. When I was 16 years old, they have to... Oh. That's your... you're 15-year-old. It goes away. Okay. Oh my god, dude.
I just needed all the troops, because I'm getting a bit... Blast. No, I'm not giving you the troops, I'm not lying to you. I'm gonna take this shot into the door of the bedroom. Okay? No, I don't know if you hit anyone. Right? Oh no. It hit pretty much. People scream at anybody. How are they like, are they some like you got hit? No. Okay, didn't you see anybody yet? No, okay, and you said Ashley's in there with you. I asked the boardman. So they all came in. I was only paying that attention to me, to you. But I think Ashley was right behind me, okay? Right behind me, okay. Okay. My girlfriend, I think, saved the car. Okay. So you go in there and take a shot. You're not sure if you came in. How many times do you shoot inside there? Some of my indications, that's why I am. Oh, yeah, I know you guys are figuring it all out either way. That's why I asked it. Probably get it off your chest. I'm going to feel a lot better. Well, I mean, I'm going to try to fix this here, but I really don't know. I was intoxicated. Bad. Okay. Can you guys, like, find my videos that I deleted?
I do know on a camera. Is that on Facebook? Oh, it's all on a camera, okay. You have a phone? Yeah. Yeah, you guys probably haven't. Is it in the car? Yeah, it was in the car. Is it an Apple droid one? No, it's an Android. Android, do you have a password to it? There's no password. No password? Okay. Color is it? Oh, blue. It's got a blue case on it anyway. It's gray with about the case. Okay. All right. So anyways, you go in there. You follow Ashley, you're an axed database. Okay. You see, to see, open the door. Or the doors are open. No, Ashley's not mad. Well, ask the couple. No, Amber. Amber. Okay, so you've all heard on there. She tried to take me gun from you? Yes, she tried to grab the gun from me. And then you saw the big, I've tapped you all over him. Yeah, and then I have to add him. Okay. And then he shoved the door. He shoved the door. Did I shoot back into the door? Yeah. But when I shot, I aimed away from where he was.
When he shoved the door, I aimed towards the left. Okay. Like towards the, like, the theme. Okay. And why were, why were, why, why, why, why, why, why, why? I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm still kind of buzzing, or why. Okay. Why were keeping the words in? Why were pulling guns? Let me straight. What was it all over? I got really, you know, a cup man. I already, I don't know. And Ashley, Agging me, morning. And, yeah, Agging, you see why you go over there to see his obsessive? No. Okay. So she's, she's, she's, she's, she's, she's telling you to take it on with you? No, she's, in under that. Okay. So she, she's, she's obsessed with, no, she wants you to go over there for what reason? I don't know. She's, we went and got alcohol. And then she just showed up there. So it was Britney. Britney. Yes. Britney. I don't know. Well. How far? I have no clue who that is.
Honestly. Okay. And so you go in there, you shoot, because that's, that's the girl that got hit. She got shot in a shoulder. I don't know her. You don't know her? No. So she didn't hear her say, oh, anything like that? No. Anybody say anything at this shot? No. Okay. And then you turn around and you go out to the house. And, car description. Who you're with? And that's how it's about. Yeah. Well, yeah. It's probably my mom. No. I don't think it's my mom. It could have been my dad. It could have been my brother. Anyways. After you shoot, what happens from there? You just get turned around and go and get out? Yeah. I got out of the house. Yeah. Okay. So it is now an asset ball behind you. Or because you said you're in behind you, when you shot. Honestly, you missed what happened. This is just little vision. All I know is that I did shoot when I went down there.
I shot at the basement door. Okay. And then I came upstairs, shot at the floor. Okay. And then basically after that, I don't know. Okay. You guys eventually get back in there. Yeah. I don't know. Who followed me. I don't know nothing. So you guys get the car. You take off. Where are we planning on? Oh, I was going to grab all my money out of my safe and head to Mexico. Yeah. Dude, I wanted to go. Okay. I want to leave. Okay. That's what I would do to you. You know what? Shit. And you have to make an effort. I don't feel good about it, dude. Dude, I'm sorry. Because I never had the whole time. Where did they stop you? Where did they stop you? What was it? What was Anderson? Yeah. Columbia, isn't it? The Wheaton is a really high way. I think they were waiting for you out there when they saw the police. Oh, yeah. It was my mom's foot somewhere. Yeah. Is that what it was?
Yeah. So they stopped you. You have the gun to your car. The head doesn't even make a mistake. That's what I was going to do. You shot somebody. No, I didn't. No, I shot anybody. Okay. Got it. So you have the gun to your head. I wasn't intending to shoot anybody either. And when the lights came on, I probably scared the shit out of you, didn't it? I had to come to my head. I wanted to die. I know. I know, I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. No, I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. No. I know. I know. I don't care about my life. I've been stopped before. Oh, shit. Well, yeah. But it sucks that dude, I'd rather die than being prisoned. Seriously. Any bad bad. Well, you know, if I'm going to prison, I'm doing an hearing brotherhood. I don't even have to talk to the white people. Usually the happens to have a person who is atauoby국, like he did. Well, yeah. I don't remember that much even if I was intoxicated, but I do remember walking
on the stairs coming from the big dude, something to do, or you tried to come at me first. And that's why I popped a shot. He tried to come at me first and then once he tried to come at me, he seemed at me gun. I've talked to shot like to that door right there. I tried to pop a shot like right like in the theme Almost like like the door frame like the thing you just like where you couldn't hit nobody. Okay, right in the theme All right You do really drugs. Nope. I know That's cool. You know what ropers and street climbers are not 300 like people I cut trees and shit 90% of them are not telling me that they do drugs. Well, no, no, I didn't mean like that. I don't do drugs now. Okay, but I did There's a guy named Brandon Laced my shit. I used to do
Last time I had a minor minor heart attack Laced Okay, I said it basically like a speed ball. All right, but you're not in drugs right now. No, no, I've made it clear ever since I had heart problems. I still have heart Publications I'm sober right now You're talking pretty good. I give you a P.M.T. I'm buzzed if you were to give me a breathalyzer But you You're telling me right you know what you're telling me. Yeah, yeah, you remember this well You're repeating your story about four times the same thing. Yeah. Well, if I if I already become sober something I'm probably not gonna remember shit I'm gonna now remember a little bit, but I'm not gonna remember at all, you know, give me a P.M.T. here in a second Can I eat? I'll smell you and text him from you
You're talking pretty clearly to me. You're repeating your story the same thing. You're not parable. Yeah, I'm not lying to you. I'm not sure I know That's kind of where we're at All right, hold tight. I'm gonna be right back I'm gonna be around over here, okay? Ready? And you gotta Jagged their story up with the worst kind of, you know So He's a pretty good guy Man He was talking about something that your little brother was threatening you and stuff before that That's why they kill me Anybody in the house that I was with and they got little kids that were with me I mean I didn't take it as a threat because I knew he was doing it He really wasn't that good He really wasn't
How old is he? He was 17 He's always been 8 years old I wasn't sure he wasn't gonna do it only because of the fact that he thinks that me and his acts actually boredmen were sleeping together But it ain't true because I was with my girlfriend Amber and during no way in hell I'm gonna mess with him So he threatened me and that's why you guys had over it Well he didn't threaten me specifically He threatened me and my phone on my Facebook and I opened the shower And so was my girlfriend Amber So as me and Amber in the shower Ashley Boardman picked up supposedly And said that he threatened to kill all of us Like he said we're all gone by but I heard that he said bye-bye And I'm gonna die too Basically is what he said Bye-bye for me I don't know they got the messages that they showed you or how I don't know but I don't really care this though But um So I stayed up all night
Even though I had to work in the morning I stayed up all night And I have my pistol by me Because if you might just say I have anybody walk through the door of my shoe and I mean that Is that it? I don't know That's what they told me to take the titles Is that the way over from now? I already know how you guys play your games One that the one that that Which one that has probably asked the Boardman Because she's Aladdin Okay, and uh She's a manipulative liar And that's why she's not felony probation because she tried shooting them She tried shooting them but she was drunk And my friend went out and we were building the fort And we didn't know where he went She shot in a random direction That's why she's not You guys are building a fort and she shot in a random direction Yeah, my buddy was gone and we didn't know where he was He was getting some brush because we were building the lean tube because it was windy It was under a bridge and we had a fire We were trying to keep the fire going so we built a lean tube So he was going to get some brush
And uh, she shot towards a random direction I had no clue where my friend was He was gathering brush Well um, that's why she's not What she's got right now She was shooting in random shot It was she shot in one random shot off All right So you go over there because the brothers actually threatened And that's why we're over there I mean that's what we didn't want to get through I didn't go over there because it's shit Ashley brought me over there and I had no clue Okay Like I didn't even know whose house it was She said that's why I think your brother is going there So I went in there And uh, who's he up to? Why are you guys fighting? I wasn't fighting with my brother There was this anesthesia It's threatening me with three other dudes Okay And the one dude that was in there was the one dude that she was threatening me with Got you Something like that I don't know I don't even know if it was in there But uh, I did pop a couple shots off Because she said that uh, whatever it was
Was going to kill me So I was just, I don't know I'm drunk I don't know what I did I kind of was, it was ignorant I regret what I did You know what? I'm going to have a few time I'm going to do what I have to do Any of you in touch here right now? Yeah I'm going to ask you man I just don't even realize there doesn't it? Yeah Are there any other drugs You're just going to weed or anything like that Nothing I don't do Earlier today Earlier tonight All right I mean, I regret what I did I'll do the time Dude, you know what? I don't care I was in my brains out I don't know why I didn't But I wish I did Because I would rather not be in here I'd rather be Hell Honestly
I'm not the tip person I'm not the tip person I work in the stuff I make good money You know what? I don't know I drink too much I don't know what's happening I don't even know who I thought And see any faces And then there are cop and shot What else I wasn't trying to kill nobody I mean, I see I don't know, it's a visual. You guys might have to ask me when I'm sober. I don't know. When you told me you saw it, you saw your girlfriend. You're asking her. I did see my hat. Yeah, I said, oh shit, when you kick me, you know, you knock in the door. I don't know what you're talking about. The large doll alone with the tattoos. I didn't see no tattoos either. I just saw the large doll. You know, the reason why I say tattoo is just because I've seen him on a video that that fucking week or something I'm there. And that's the only reason why I said he had tattoos is because I've seen it on Facebook
or Ashley showed me a video of her saying something on Facebook. So I figured it was to do with the tattoos. He was a bigger guy. You know what? That's the only reason why I said no. I have no clue who the animal is. I don't know who any of them are. None of them. It's because of my little brother. No one. And I didn't see him. You didn't see him in the house at all, right? I didn't see him at all. Honestly, when I went in there, I didn't even know who he is. I came in the very tail end of this. As I ran as far as this interview you guys, let you get in the house. I keep the door open open. You don't know who she'll say it. Ashley pulled in there and said, that's that house. Well, that threatened me with three dudes with Hispanic names. I have no clue who it was. But all I know is that my brother threatened me and said that we're all going to die that night.
So I kicked in that door and I was going to kill whoever threatened me because I ain't going to go down like that. And I'm like, I don't know. You know, I'm John. You guys. I don't even know, man. I hate that type of person. I don't just want to kill people. You guys just don't want to get shot. You can bear it. You can even die by getting shot. I'm going to just get caught in a flipping like that. You guys are interviewing me. I don't know what I'm talking about. I have little visions. I don't even remember my life's thoughts, dude. I hate my life. Wait. Now you've listened. Now go to your thing.
