Drew Manning is a health and fitness expert who became a world-wide sensation with his Fit2Fat2Fit experiment years ago. He gained and lost 75 pounds on purpose to understand the psychology of weight loss and bring empathy to the fitness industry. Currently, he is in the midst of repeating this feat as he turned forty years old in his Fit2Fat2Forty experiment.
Drew is halfway through after gaining 60 pounds and is about to journey back to fit. Today we check in on how he’s feeling and discuss what he’s learned so far.
