About this episode
I am very excited about this week's episode. When I started the podcast Dr. Bill Schindler was somebody that I knew I wanted to talk to and learn from and I am so grateful we were able to sit down and have a discussion!
Bill is an experimental archeologist, a chef and a co-star on National Geographic’s show The Great Human Race.
He is passionate on following what he calls the Modern Stone Age diet and finding connection with the foods him and his family put into their body!
I wanted to have Bill on the show because I think it is so important to be connected to where your food comes from and knowing that you are sourcing the best ingredients you can find. After hearing bill on the Wise Traditions Podcast I was inspired to order a 1/4 cow from a local farmer and loved the relationship I developed with both the farmer and the butcher!
Bill offers webinars on his website drbillschindler.com on how to cook nose to tail, bake sour dough and make homemade sourdough all from the comfort of your home!
