On March 4, Kentucky's men's basketball team took a tough road loss to Texas A&M on Tuesday night, getting outplayed for most of the game. It was a disappointing showing overall, but one player stood out big time. Mo DuBait delivered one of his strongest performances of the season, scoring 19 points on eight of nine shots in just 22 minutes. He also grabbed seven rebounds and led the team with a plus-3 and plus-minus. DuBait, the 6-foot-7 forward from Queens, New York, has been fasting for Ramadan since February 17, and won't break it until March 19. He's not even rinsing his mouth during games to stay true to the observance. Despite the challenges, he's playing some of his best ball right now. Fans and teammates have noticed his grit, especially after he shouted out his nutritionist and strength coach Brandon Wells last week for their help during this stretch. That support has clearly made a difference as the Wildcats wrap up their regular season. Looking ahead, Kentucky hosts the Florida Gators this Saturday afternoon to close out the

regular season, tip off as at 4 p.m. Eastern on ESPN, giving DuBait and the team a chance to rebound. With the postseason looming, performances like deal bays could be key to turning things around for the Wildcats.
