This gives the veteran a new shot in their offense heading into the 2026 season. Dillon spent his first five NFL seasons with the Green Bay Packers who drafted him. He joined Philadelphia last year after missing the 2024 season due to a neck injury. His time with the Eagles was short. He played just seven regular season games with his snaps dropping sharply after they added Tank Bigsby. He caught three passes for 21 yards total. A tough week six game against the Giants sealed his limited role with two fumbles costing the team. He only returned for two snaps in week 18 against the commanders and set out their playoff matchup. Now with Carolina, Dillon gets a fresh start as a powerback. Fans hope this move revives his career after the injury setbacks.
