Dershowitz Humiliated by Dave Smith After Antisemitism Accusation!
About this episode
In this segment Jimmy and Americans' Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss the recent savage takedown Dave Smith handed to Alan Dershowitz's on the Mario Nawfal show. Dershowitz said that Smith's criticism of Israel and pointing out the former OJ Simpson lawyer's alleged "disproportionate loyalty" amounted to antisemitism. Smith responded that criticizing a foreign government or questioning an individual's foreign-policy priorities should not automatically be treated as antisemitic, a position Jimmy strongly supports.
The discussion then broadens into harsh criticism of Israel and Zionism, including discussion of the history of Israel's creation, Palestinian displacement, Gaza, and the Israel-Gaza conflict.
Plus segments on Speaker Johnson dismissing House members to avoid having to vote on Thomas Massie's latest Epstein files bill and an interview with journalist Steve Baker about new details in the DC Pipe Bomber case!
Also featuring Stef Zamorano!

00Hey, I'll see you September 18 19th and 20 in Chicago, Illinois at Zandies Max Blumenthal, it's just been added onto those shows. Then we'll see you October 17th in Atlantic City, October 10th in Los Angeles for a live celebrity panel show. And then we're in Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo. Go to jimmydoor.com for a link for tickets. Decau. Decau. If the Bushman media sets all your sliding so good luck, we'll shoot the cannon for why's fomenting this for watching see as the jackal from media and speeds and jumps the media and then hit some head on. It's the jimmy door show. Dave Smith annihilated the dursh. The dursh. I gave Dave notes for the dursh. I didn't even know that happened yet. It happened and let's watch you ready for this. We're not going to believe it watch this. What is really tearing this country apart right now is that our politics and I say this
03with all due respect, but our politics is dominated by boomers who have a disproportionate loyalty to a foreign country. You sir, you're playing with the lives of millions of people. We've already bankrupted this country all for this. I don't know idea that you'd like to topple this government halfway around the world, which just so happens to be a big problem for Israel. So we're talking about disproportionate loyalty. If that isn't a code word for anti-Semitism, I'm not going to believe this. And I accuse you to your face of being a cop. We got here. We made it. It's proportionate loyalty to a foreign country. You're making the core accusation. Just remember, this is a Jew accusing another Jew of being an anti-Semite for accusing Jews of having disproportionate loyalty to Israel over the United States. Just remember, that's what's happening here.
05Obviously not all the Jews because Dave Smith is a Jew. Yeah, that's right. Yeah. It's been made about German Jews, Polish Jews, British Jews, American Jews, disproportionate loyalty. That means dual loyalty, that we're not loyal to the United States. Correct. I am an American citizen. Yes. I love America. Everything I say is based on what I believe is based for America and good for world peace. Shame on you. Shame on you for invoking a trope that goes back thousands of years actually to the book of Esther in the Bible, to the book of Exodus. Dual loyalty, disproportionate loyalty. Shame on you. Let me tell you a little story. I would encourage people to go watch both of these shows and you can go watch them and you can tell me if I am misrepresenting them as in the slightest. I was watching Pierce Morgan and there was something actually that Mr. Dorsch would say that kind of resonated with me that I thought was very fair. Professor Mirashheimer said something like, well, he is the Israel lobby.
08Then you got on and you said, excuse me, I'm not the Israel lobby. I'm not working for any lobbyists. I'm an American citizen. I have a right to have my opinions just like anybody else does. And here in my opinion, and I go, well, look, I can certainly get what Mr. Dorsch would say. A couple months later, Mr. Dorsch would his back on Pierce Morgan to announce that Dorsch would is no longer a Democrat. He has left the Democratic Party and is now a Republican. And the reason why is because they've turned to anti-Israel. So because of that one issue, even though he expresses that he agrees with them on all the other domestic issues, he'd switch parties to the Republican. Now listen, sir, I'm sorry, but if this one singular issue is so important that you would switch your lifelong political party, and this issue is a foreign government, then you cannot say it's out of bounds for people to point out that you have a loyalty to a foreign government. You said it yourself in different words. And if you want to claim that that's bigotry or that somehow me as a Jewish person, I don't love my mom and my grandma and I don't love Jewish culture or something like that.
09This is silly, man. No one believes that you can't have those two things go together. They just don't. And I'm sorry, but if people in one country, I would say this if it was true about Italian Catholics, I would say this if it was true about Irish, I would say this if it was true about anyone. If their number one loyalty was to their foreign government, I think they should be nowhere near positions of power and influence. You end up serving as a fifth column in effect in agent of a foreign government. If they are at the very top of your priority list, I would say the exact same thing about people like Mike Huckabee who are in positions of power who have openly said that they have a religious devotion to Israel. And because of their religious fundamentalism, believe that Israel has the right to take huge swaths of Lebanon and Iraq and Saudi Arabia and Jordan, I would think that was crazy. And that's loyalty to a foreign government. I would also say for people like Ted Cruz who said that the purpose of why he went, ran for the Senate to begin with, was to be the biggest supporter of Israel.
10But I would also just point out that anybody here, I would challenge you to go watch the episode of Pierce Morgan. It was Alan Dershwitz and Joe Kent. It's the first question Pierce asks Alan Dershwitz at the time. He didn't say it was a multitude of reasons. He said it was over the Israel issue and explain the whole time how that issue was so important. And even though he agree, if he could check being a domestic Democrat and a foreign policy Republican, he would, but you only have one option. And so he had to pick based on what the most important thing is and anyone can go watch it for themselves. And even if he wants to say there was a multitude of things that I'm not done, sir, you were just smearing me. I'm not done. And even if he wants to say there were a multitude of reasons in there, the point is still that support for a foreign nation is right up there with your absolute top positions. You set it yourself at a your own mouth and anybody can go watch it. And I think that is pretty consistent with where you've been for your whole careers. You say a defender of Israel. You're a victim. If you're, this is the real problem that people like Mr. Dershwitz have. If you're going to attach every criticism of Israel or every criticism, criticism of
12people who are clearly, finitically supportive of this foreign country and say that that's anti-Semitism, that's why you get this huge rise in anti-Semitism where you can claim it's the biggest civil rights issue of our time. Because now you've married viewing how you feel about the Jews with the Israeli government. And the reason why anti-Semitism is you define it, which as we've already established is pretty vague and ridiculous. The reason why that's been exploding over the last few years is because Israel committed a genocide in 4K in front of the world and forced the American people to fund it against their will. And so they didn't very much like that and they turned against it and then they dragged us into another war, which they openly bragged that they did. And it's a disaster and the American people didn't want it. That's why there's this big rise. I don't very much care what Alan Dershwitz's moral judgments on me are. He thinks I'm an anti-Semite. I mean, the fact that this devolved after you couldn't put up an argument at all, do you calling me an anti-Semite? It's like, dude, you're like a cartoon character of the archetype of evil, like Satan's
15spawn who mastered legal easy or something like that. The guy who gets OJ and Epstein off. You're going to sit here and morally judge me, like, I'm sorry, man. I was trying to be reasonable through this thing and go, you know what, you're a guy where having a sparring match, I appreciate it, you're age. But screw you, man, you're sitting here, you're a sparring man. I'm arguing against a war, dude. There's been seven catastrophic wars in a row. And I'm using the little bit of platform, the little bit of influence I am to say that people of your generation need to let go of the goddamn wheel. You've given us enough disasters. Forty trillion in debt millions killed enough of this. Can I answer, please? That was, that was just fun to listen to. It's like an elixir. Well, you imagine being Alan Dershwin saying for shame to you about anything. Right. The man, the author of here, let me just, I don't want to get it wrong. The famous essay, Statutory Grape is an outdated concept in which he argued, he floats 15
15as a compromise and said, reasonable people could debate 14. That's Dr. Morals over here. Oh, then there's this article in 2004 about a child pornography sting where he goes, we do not know whether the viewing of CP is dangerous. We only know many people believe it to be. He was arguing that, you know, yeah, they caught a bunch of people with this honey trap, but some of them worked in schools and were cops and upstanding citizens. So are we being a little overzealous and pursuing CP? This guy just foreshamed Dave for being against a war. That's incredible. He's foreshamed on you for not supporting the slaughter of children and women and a whole ethnicity. And they're not joking about it, right? Now I'll show you later in the show, Ben Gavir. I think he's the defense minister of Israel. He put out a campaign video where he has, did you see this current? He has Palestinians going into a slaughterhouse, right?
16It's an AI generated video. Okay, even the Nazis, even the Nazis wouldn't do the house. Even the Nazis would be like, no, you're just going to have a, you know, a shower real quick. They wouldn't actually put a slaughterhouse literally did that. And you're still and people, they're still people with straight faces trying to say it's not a genocide or these people are genocidal maniacs. Yeah, even the Nazis, by the way, don't walls to not look at kids starving unlike the settlers who want to see them. They're right. They want the joy of seeing the children starving. It is a six society, the society inside of Israel. And no, and I know this sounds like controversial to say, but no Israel has absolutely no right to exist. Just like no other country has a right to exist. No country has a right to exist, especially a country that was built in my, in recent history on terrorism, look up King David Hotel and look up the people who founded it are
17considered legit terrorists. And to start that country, they had to do an ethnic cleansing and slaughter of 750,000 Palestinians, because they were given that land because the UN was corrupt and for some kind of promise to, to, to rough child through the bell for declaration. It was that to get it because he financed both sides of World War One. Was that what that was for? What was the bell for declaration all about? It was about an occupying power, the UK handing over land that they didn't own that wasn't theirs to give. They were illegally occupying it and they gave it to a group of people, Ashkenabi Jews mostly, not Semitic people. And they gave it to them and then they ethnically cleanse 750,000 Palestinians. It's not that you think that's the basis for a country. It's not. Then they occupied those people and they created an open air, they love to say, well, Israel withdrew from God's in 2006 and they created it.
19They made it into an open air prison where they create, like they control the anybody who leaves and anybody who enters, they controlled all the food in and out, all the construction materials in and out. And they would periodically mow the lawn. I mean, they would go and slaughter them. So that's not them leaving the occupied territories, okay? And so they're a genocidal regime. They have no right to exist. In fact, I know for a fact that Israel is the worst thing that's ever happened to Jews worldwide. The reason why if you're a Jew and you feel unsafe somewhere in the world, it's because of the state of Israel and what their government has done since 1948. That's no other reason. And by the way, they're no longer the victims. People don't not see them as victims anymore. They see them as genocidal Nazis, which is what they are and they will be forever more. Yeah. Well, look, my, my makes right, I say, Jimmy, I take the opposite tack, but even if we're
21going to go that way, you know, my, you know, how I'm into game theory and busy and modeling for all my thoughts, I would say you should pay for it yourself in this country. We paid for our own genocide before we took it over. We didn't make a larger country constantly pay for a whole thing that we could never maintain without stealing their money and spilling their blood. We did our own crime here. Yeah. So just if you want to get technical about it, okay, genocide people, you pay for it motherfucker, not me. And when people bring up what we did to the Native Americans, I say, yeah, and you know what, if I was alive then, I would have opposed it then. Yeah, I would have. You've been anti-Semitic for that back then too. Yeah. And so the whole idea of the Zionist people and the Israeli regime is to make it unsafe for Jews around the world because the fuel that fuels the Zionism is anti-Semitism and they want to make Jews feel unsafe.
21So they moved to Israel. That's their whole game. Hey, you know, here's another great way you can help support the show. You should become a premium member. So you remember they passed the resolution? It passed you almost, I think unanimously. I think Randy Fein was the only guy who voted against it. Trump signed it that they're supposed to by law release all the Epstein files and just remember that the Epstein files that they admit to having are just a very small percentage of the files. Okay. And the real bad. And the stuff that they even admit to having are so bad they won't release them and the stuff that they release is mostly redacted. Just to let you know, Clay Higgins was the guy who voted against it. Whoa. That's sad. And because they had alerted, because Jeffrey Epstein was an intelligence cut out. He was an asset working for the deep state inside the United States and the Mossad.
26And so they told him they gave him a heads up, hey, they're coming to raid your house. Get rid of all your rich. So he got rid of all the video, the video tapes are all gone, right? And well, I bet they have that. Well, they're somewhere. I'm sure Jeffrey Epstein put them somewhere. And then of course they never surfed, surfed his ranch until way after they were supposed to in New Mexico. So again, so just keep that in mind. The Epstein files that Thomas Massey and Rokona are trying to get released are just a small percentage of the actual files that they have on Jeffrey Epstein or Jeffrey Epstein had on everybody else. So they're doing it again, even though the first resolution passed almost unanimously except with Clay Higgins and signed by Donald Trump, they still won't release them, which is a, you know, it's against the law. It's literally against the law that was passed. But again, who you need someone to enforce that law and that's Trump's justice department and of course they're not going to about the midterms, Jimmy. What about the midterms? What about the midterms? What about the midterms?
27So he says yesterday, Representative Kanna and I launched a discharge petition to collect 218 signatures to force a vote on the Epstein files transparency act two. Now there are rumors. Speaker Johnson will soon recess the house until after the midterms election. So this is, here's what this is Mike Johnson being asked a question about this, this discharge position, but petition for the Epstein files to let's listen to what he says. Mr. Speaker Thomas Massey. Mr. Speaker Thomas Massey is now alleging that you are going to hold the house and recess until after the midterm elections due to the Epstein files transparency act. So let me tell you how stupid Thomas Massey's comment is. If he would come to our House Republican conference meetings as we had this morning, he would have heard me say privately, as I've said publicly, Republicans are here to work. We have a schedule, a calendar that's been out for a year. We are abiding by that calendar.
28We are going to work all the way through September and every day that's on the calendar. So long as people like him don't stop the progress. So that is a nonsensical statement by someone who is not participating as a full member of the Congress. And it's really sad that he doesn't. Okay. So that's what he said. Hey, turns out they did cancel. They canceled this session two weeks ahead of the midterms. Ah, exactly as Thomas Massey predicted. There are rumors that Speaker Johnson will soon recess the House until after the midterm elections to avoid the vote. He predicted it. He tweeted that out on September 1st. And here we are. Uh, September 3rd. He canceled it. Even though he tells you that he. Mr. Speaker Thomas Massey. Mr. Speaker Thomas Massey is now alleging that you are going to hold the House in recess until after the midterm elections due to the Epstein files transparency act. Stupid Thomas Massey's comment is if it's so stupid, it came true. So Mike Johnson is as a complete, a swamp creature.
32And he's defending the Epstein class just like Dan Bangeino, just like to cash Mattel, just like Donald Trump. Just if I see him on Grindr Jimmy, I'm swiping whichever the one where you don't pick him is. The House will no longer vote during the final two weeks of September. Even though Mike Johnson just said they're going to go all the way to the end. It's probably because Massey stood in their way and they couldn't get it done because he was holding them up, you know, wanted to, but Massey, because of anti-Semitism or what have you? So they're canceling the last two weeks. So the GOP leadership canceled the weeks of September 21 and 28, which included eight voting days per notice from the office of majority whipped Tom Emmer. After the Labor Day recess, the House will now only have four days in session before lawmakers go home for the remainder of the month and all of October. This Congress has done phenomenal work and members are adjusting a lot of different priorities
32right now. That's what he said, Speaker. So Thomas Massey says Tuesday, I tweeted Mike Johnson would recess Congress until after the election and attempt to stime me our latest Epstein bill, Johnson went on TV adamantly saying that was stupid and we'd work every day. He announced we'll recess until September 17 until after the election. They're going to recess on September 17 until after the election, exactly at Thomas Massey predicted. Brian Allen says their House Republicans are canceling the final two weeks of September and plan to stop voting after September 14, leaving Washington until after the midterms, the timing Thomas Massey's bipartisan push to force action on millions of unreleased Epstein files and gaining signatures. They were elected to govern, not run from accountability. Stay in Washington, release the files. And now look at this exclusive House GOP is scrambling for messaging guidance amid controversy
36over canceling remaining congressional session to avoid vote on the additional Epstein files release. I'll read it to you. Some of your members are asking for messaging guidance in response to today's announcement that the House is canceling the final two weeks of September. I recommend using this version or a version of this. This is what they're recommending. They say, the 119th Congress has built the foundation for success for this country. We've passed nearly one 100. Is that 100 pieces? Is that 100 or 900? We've passed nearly 900 pieces of legislation in the House. The second most in US history. We've delivered. That's right. We've delivered the largest task cut for working class families. Yeah, I mean, if you're if you consider billionaires working class families, we cut 1.1 trillion in federal spending. I don't think you actually did that because the deficit is still going to go up by trillions
40of dollars. The most in US history. We rolled back 22 burdensome regulations. The most in US history. This has been the most aggressive, successful, productive house in American history since 1949. We delivered small government with big results. We've returned government to the people. Now we're excited to get back to our districts and continue. Oh, just a little bit of Israel to every single sentence in Israel of Israel for Israel. That's all they did. We're ready to return within 48 hours. Should the Senate pass legislation such as reconciliation 3.0 of the Senate have the Save America Act. You're going to be such a chump to believe in America still. You got to be such a chump. I don't know. Is everybody stupid? I guess so. So you passed every time I say it too. You get to pass 900 bills, but not that one bill, right? Not that one bill.
41In fact, you're going to cancel the session because of that one bill. Here's what Thomas Massey had to say earlier this week. Your reaction, Congressman. Well, I could show you a bunch of clips of things that Mike Johnson has said. Absolutely are positively true. And then they aren't true. I'm glad to hear that he says we're going to stay here. That gives me time to get 218 signatures. We're collecting them. We've already got dozens already. We need to get to 218. So that's good. But I heard him say unless he stops progress. Now, what's his view of stopping progress? Progress to him is making a political statement up here every day in order to put the Republican party ahead in the midterms. Not to actually get anything done. So if I start making real progress and they don't see a political advantage from their fake messaging bills, he may say that I've stopped their kind of progress.
44And he could call it off. He also might be talking about other members of Congress who would be voting to take down rules. He's had a hard time. A rule is the resolution you have to pass before you get the bill passed. And those are usually party line votes. And he's had a hard time getting those passed. He called us off for two or three weeks this summer. He took days off the calendar where I'm sure he thought we were going to be working. And he sent us home early because he couldn't get things passed on the floor. And he can't attribute that to me. Look, I'm here to get stuff done. I want to get Epstein files transparency act part two done. And that would be a big win. So of course we know that was before Mike Johnson actually did cancel the session. So you're run by PDF files and PDF file protectors and the only people that are standing up to get them released are getting kicked out of Congress by Jewish donor money.
47Welcome to the United States. We just had Kurt Weldonon saying that US officials planned the 9-11 attack. And he was he was in line to be the chairman of the armed services committee until they found out he was going to get to the bottom of 9-11. And then they had the FBI intimidate his family and rate his daughter's house and obviously they planned it based on the Patriot Act alone and the amount of power they took away from you after the thing that they planned happened. They just keep doing it. They just keep doing it. The flock cameras don't matter. The control grades on and they're just going to keep pushing it. And unless people stop cooperating, it's going to it's done. The only way out of this and I've said it before I'll keep saying it is that we have to we have to get money out of politics and have government funded elections. How do you do that? You have to put a hurt just like the truckers didn't can at a during COVID. You have to shut down the machine.
48How do you shut down the machine? Well if the railroad workers didn't go to work for a week, that would completely break the back of the machine because that's the glue that holds capitalism and our economy together in the United States. If all the truckers stop going to work for a week, if all the port workers stop going for a week or any combination of those three, that's how you could do it. You could get this done. Will that happen? I'm not optimistic that that will ever happen because they've infiltrated our unions and don't think that the UAW and all the unions aren't infiltrated because they are. If there's a group of four people, two of them are going to be FBI. Just keep that in mind. Just like the DSA. You got guys. That's why the DSA. As soon as you hear boutique left, DEI identity politics nonsense, you know you've been infiltrated. The second they start spewing that shit, you know you've been infiltrated. The second they go away from class and to your identity, it's they're in there.
52You got to resist that. Um, Dami and AOC endorsed speaker Jeffries, this is his name, right? How came Jeffries? How came Jeffries? The rapper. Who is a confirmed Zionist? And they said nobody should try to primary him. So you got a guy like mom, Dami, this DSA, mom, Dami, who wins election, running against Israel. He gets a third of the Jews in New York to vote for him. And then he says, hey, don't primary the biggest Zionist in this Congress who's about to take over the speakership, don't do an AOC too. So that's the, that's the, that's the irony here. So so so the only way to do this is you have to shut down the machine truckers, railroad workers, port workers, you have to shut down the machine. And then you have to have a demand connected to that. You can't just have a protest without a demand. And the demand would be that you get, you press, you pass a constitutional amendment that
56says money is not speech in that all federal elections will be funded by the publicly funded because it would save us trillions of dollars. And we can actually have a democracy again because we don't have a democracy right now. You have an oligarchy that shoves shit down your throat every day. And that's why both parties won't give you health care. They don't care that you don't have decent jobs. You can't pay your mortgage. You go bankrupt when you get sick and they don't care that that that that there's a whole generation of Americans who can't even afford a house. They don't care that your cities are 30, 40 years behind China in China, 90% of the people own their own house. You know why? Because in China, the government sits above the oligarchs in America, the oligarchs sit above the government. And the only way to get rid of that is you have to shut down the machine. Workers have to rise up independently of their union leaders and shut down the machine
58and then have a demand to get money out of politics. That's the only thing that's going to work in my optimistic that that will happen. No, but that's the only thing that will work. Anything you want to do. Guys, instead of that, keep up with the Lindsey Clancy trial and other important things to the people. Yeah, right. You don't think the Lindsey Clancy trial is there to keep us fighting each other? It is. I mean, could it be more obvious? Anybody who's covering that instead of this shit, you're an asshole. You really are a piece of shit. And I don't just mean temple. Come on. Come on. I know you're friends. Folks, we have with us back to the show, the guy who was broke the news on the January 5th pipe bomber in DC is actually a cop. He's back with us. Steve Baker, investigative journalist, independent content creator, under the moniker, the pragmatic constitutionalist. He was arrested in March 24 on four misdemeanor charges related to entering the Capitol on January 6th.
58Later, pardoned by Trump, he currently, well, he did work for Blazemedi. He doesn't anymore. But he's the one blowing the lid off this fake FBI sia which is the DC pipe bomber. Welcome back to the show. Steve Baker. Hey, Jimmy, thanks for having me back. Now, let's just set the table right because you have some updated information. But I want to remind people, Thomas Massey said three things I'll never believe about the January 5th pipe bomb story that the bomber was alone wolf, that the FBI was this incompetent for four years on a case, this consequential and that perpetrators were pro Trump. Okay. So there's the, so this is the story you, you, you did when you were at the Capitol, that blaze media, you figured out through AI gate, the, the walk the person had that it was probably this cop. It was probably this, this cop right here. There she is. There she is. And so a forensic analysis of female former US Capitol police officer is a 94 to 98% match
05to the unique stride of the long sought January 6th pipe bomb suspect, source close to the congressional investigation on January 6th, additionally told blaze news evidence that has emerged recently that pointed toward a law enforcement. Here's the evidence. So you're going to watch her go by on her way to plant a bomb and she gives a little wave to the cops. Let's watch this. Remember this, right? So there's the, this is supposed to be the person planting the bomb. It is the person planting the bomb and then gives a wave to the cop as the cops go by. So that's not something that a real criminal would do. That's something, well, there are real criminals, but that's something a cop would do to another cop. And here, watch this video and why it's important. It's going to show you that this person's gate is the same as this other cop's gate. Let's watch. Okay. Here we go. So they do that right foot crossover. Right. So that's what is the tell that's the giveaway. The right leg cross.
06Yes. Yeah. Okay. So there it is. And also it's another absurd improbability. In this case, that two individuals of the same relative height, build and shoe size would also have the identical gate circumduction out anomaly be captured on video 18 hours and less than four tenths of a mile apart from one another and not be the same person. So you're saying it's exactly is the same person and they're trying to say it's this guy. That's not this guy. And well, it's funny because when you launched that story, the FBI reported to Congressman Lautermer that two eyewitnesses who saw the bomber on January 5th said it was a white person. That's in the congressional record. So there were two eyewitnesses who saw that bomb planter and they said it was a white person.
06And so that's why we know this is a fake. And also I like this. I find it funny that they accused an ex DC PD officer that now works for the CIA. So went from the capital police right to the CIA, which sounds like a big promotion. And then that magically there's a second suspect within a month after there hadn't been any suspect for four years. So that after you launched your story, they found it all day, they found this black guy. By the way, he's probably autistic because here's the grandmother of that guy said he's almost autistic like because he doesn't understand a lot of stuff. I hope he's not talking. He's very naive. He wouldn't hurt a fly. He's just not that kind of person. I don't believe this at all. He's not a terrorist. So tell me so bring us up to date, Steve. What's going on? We know it's not that guy. They still haven't been custody, right? They do. He is still in pretrial confinement and he will be unless something miraculous event takes
07place between now and February when his trial is scheduled. We're hoping to completely blow that trial up before it ever gets there. And one of the things that we did is this new story that I released on Tuesday. I had come into information, a lead from a Capitol police whistleblower back in December. Shortly, actually two days before Brian's arrest, as a matter of fact, is when I learned about this. And that is that the congressional committee itself that was formed for the investigative purpose of looking at all of the circumstances around January 6 had been informed in a private meeting with only six people in the room that there was in fact a phone number, a specific type of phone number that pinged at both bomb drop locations behind the RNC and next to the bench at the DNC on the night before on January 5, where of course during the time
14lines that the bomber was actually out there on foot. And so this particular phone ping is what they call a first net phone. First net is the network that was established by Congress so that first responders, primarily law enforcement and other types of FBI uses first net, Capitol police uses first net and other types of first responders use this network because they're given priority bandwidth access in the event of an emergency situation. And that's the bottom line and that this particular phone number because it was a first net phone number, pinging within three meters of both drop locations during that narrow timeline. It's only a timeline between when the bomber appeared and the bomber disappeared was 45 minutes from 734 to about 818 was the was the entire amount of time that we have video of the bomber and it was during that period that those two first net cell phone pings
18happened. And this is what the FBI representative Marshall Yates, who was the congressional liaison to the FBI at the time and what he informed the men in this private meeting was we now because it was a first net number, we now know it was law enforcement. So that should be case closed that this was an inside job as was all of January 6th, by the way, which is an FBI side up, which it's, you know, Clay Higgins did great work on this and you know, they had they they had FBI assets inside the Capitol before the riots started dressed up as Maga supporters and the FBI chief wouldn't admit it. He wouldn't answer that question when asked about it in Congressional testimony. So anyway, there's so many more things than just that we know that. And so this would just go along with it, right, that this would be an inside job and this is pretty conclusive proof.
19Would you say this is? Look, Jimmy, we knew that it was law enforcement that went through this exercise of placing those devices on the evening of the 5th. The first time we saw the video of a playing close capital police officer who informed the secret service that were parked in the entrance to the parking deck at the Democratic National Committee headquarters, though that capital police playing close officer whispered to them through their door window and said, Hey, we've got a device over here. And then suddenly after informing the secret service. And why was this a secret service there? It's because Vice President elect Kamala Harris was inside the DNC. She wasn't at the Capitol where she was supposed to be. She was inside the DNC. And so when he informed the secret service that there's a bomb 10 feet from your SUV, you
20know what they did? Nothing. They finished their sandwiches. Yes. We have on video their lunch being delivered to them moments beforehand. And so the only thing that you can assume is that they had knowledge that this was not a real bomb. And certainly because they had knowledge of it, they knew that it had to be connected to some agency. My theory, my operating theory is that the two playing close capital police officers, they informed the secret service. It said, Look, look, we're in the middle of a training exercise. And, you know, we got to go through this whole thing. We got this device over here. And the dog and pony show is going to begin in a few minutes when the bomb squad gets here. But you've got time. Go ahead and finish your lunch and then we'll deal with things afterwards. And then the secret service gets out of the vehicle with secret service and capital police officers unseen. They did not court on off the area. They did not stop foot traffic. They had families walking by the bomb 10 feet away.
23They did not stop automobile traffic 20 feet away. They did not stop train traffic 40 feet away because they knew it wasn't a bomb. So they so normally, if someone is given the info that there's a pipe bomb 10 feet away from you, they would call an emergency because the vice president's inside the building. And they would probably not finish their lunch. Well, they would throw their sandwich in the floorboard of the vehicle, come out of that door, you know, hair teeth and eyeballs moving at breakneck speed and doing what they're all trained to do. Every one of these officers and agents are trained how to deal with suspicious explosive devices. And that is immediately to provide and create a perimeter of safety for everyone, a particularly civilians away from the bomb drop location. And so that's what the first thing that they didn't do. And then we released the story several months ago, actually while I was still at the blaze
28that showed that those two plane closed officers were not looking for devices any other place. They went straight to that bomb after parking their car. So they knew where it was. They knew exactly where it was. Of course, it's off camera. So we have to assume that it was either there and had been sitting there unnoticed in the wide open, by the way. Now the RNC bomb was in a secluded corner that could have remained hidden for 17 hours. The DNC bomb was in a location. There's absolutely no way it went 17 hours without being seen. So the other assumption that we have to at least consider is that they placed or replaced that device there just before they notified that the the secret service that they had discovered it. Well, what was your reaction when you found out about this, this phone pings that could only come from cops or firemen? What was your reaction when you got that info?
31I mean, to me, it was, of course, as I said, I first learned about it two days before Brian Cole was even arrested. So there was an issue of, oh, this case closed for me. All it did was confirm for me what we already knew in terms of a law enforcement, either a ill-time training exercise gone bad or some sort sort of much more nefarious conspiracy, multi-agency conspiracy is what it confirmed for me. But more importantly than that was just in the days before we released our story, three days before we released the story. About this first net phone number, Barry Lautermilk, Congressman Lautermilk sent me a series of text exchange was which I reported on Tuesday for the first time in detail in which he said we have corroborating information that also leads us to know not only that it's
36law enforcement involved in planning the devices, but he specifically says in his text to me that it was capital police. And so what, when did he send you that text? That secret meeting that was delivered to him by a representative from the FBI was on October 16th and he gave me that series of text exchanges was on November the 5th. Three days before we released our story about who we thought we had a forensic match on the being the pipe bomber. And so has there been a response from Lautermilk from you making this public? No, it's been over 72 hours now since I published and we have not heard from the rapid response team at FBI. We have not heard from the Lautermilk camp. We have also not heard from another kind of unusual as I reported the odd bird in the room from what the whistleblower told me was John Solomon, the editor and founder CEO of
41Just the News was also in that room. And now it's been 10 months since he himself sat in a room briefed by the FBI that that number was a law enforcement number and he has not reported on it. That's a big question right there. That is interesting because I mean, everything I know about John Solomon, which is not much, but everything I've ever seen is that he really likes to be a whistleblower and he likes to tell the truth about things. So for him to sit on this story for 10 months seems very out of character. No. The question is, is it out of character? Oh, okay. Is it? Okay, I guess that is the question. So he might be a limited hangout kind of a thing. You know, look, there are a lot of people. Well, I have had a lot of respect for Solomon up until recent months and my respect for him diminished tremendously when after we released the story of those two capital police
46capital police plane closed counter surveillance officers, we released a detailed, Jimmy, this was a detailed story completely verified by video. We tracked on capital CCTV the video of those officers arriving at the Metro South Station by car getting out of the car, putting their backpacks on, walking straight to the device, finding it without looking for anything else. They knew exactly where that device was and with no hesitation whatsoever, they knew where they were going. The conclusive proof and then Solomon released a story and said in his story that he had received that information and broke it as breaking news, telling essentially the same story. Oh, he didn't use our videos though and said that he got it from Loudermilk. I am the one who gave the damn story to Loudermilk. Okay. Well, is there a chance that he didn't know that you gave it to Loudermilk? He didn't. There's no way he didn't know the story because that story hit hard and it was a trending
51story on social media at the time. And so do you, I'm, you see one FBI cover up after another January 6 was one, and what's it? Don't aren't you kind of discouraged because Donald Trump doesn't want to get to the bottom of January 6, nor Butler, nor Charlie Kirk, nor, nor, nor this. Isn't that weird that he doesn't want to get to the bottom of any of this? It's a little bit disconcerting because after the pardons, which, you know, we're all thankful for myself included, after the pardons were issued pretty much, he's gone silent on January 6. And then, but this is the most interesting characteristic of his silence is that the administration itself, including the, in the early early days of the F, new FBI administration of Cash Mattel and Dan Bongino, they stated in multiple interviews that finding the pipe bomber, finding the January 6 pipe bomber was a top three administration priority.
57Fast forward to the arrest press conference on the evening of December 4 after they had been in office for over 10 months. And they find, they get their man and they have their celebratory meeting with, you know, Jeanine Piro and Pam Bondy and Cash Mattel and Dan Bongino coincidentally on his birthday, it was his birthday gift. And after that meeting or after that press conference rather, guess who never gave them an out of boy, padded them on the button, said, good job guys, has never said a word about what was a top three administration priority. And you know this president likes bragging about victories. So was Donald Trump never said anything about it? Nothing. He has been, now we're, now we're, how many months now since, uh, we eight, nine months since the arrest of Brian Cole Jr. And he has never said a word.
59In fact, at one time he was even asked a question in a press gaggle, he dodged it. And so it's, you know, it's conspicuous by his absence of bragging about it, right? That's what, that's what stands out here like a sore thumb. So I mean, I don't know where you are politically. And I'm sure you're very grateful to Donald Trump for granting you that pardon for being caught up in that FBI siop known as January 6. I know people who also were pardoned and they don't want to speak against the president publicly because they feel a debt of gratitude towards him. Do you feel the same debt of gratitude and you don't want to speak publicly against him? No, I have always been very, very honest about my opinion of the president. I was not a voter for the president in 2016. I voted for third party, uh, that year. The in 2020, I did because I evaluated that Trump was at least 50, 50 and the specter of
08a Biden administration to me, I had him rated about a negative 15. And so I had no problems endorsing him just on the math alone. And then when we got to 2024, I knew that we had the pending pardon available to us. So obviously I was enthusiastically reporting him, uh, I mean, uh, supporting him, but also his rhetoric in terms of that America first rhetoric that he was delivering in that campaign was so much more precise, clear, clean than it had been in either 2020 or 2016. And so I was, I was happy to throw in with the president then now, now that we're a year and a half into his new and latest administration. I have him back at 50, 50 again. I mean, I just call balls and strikes. It's not, it's not that I hate the guy or, uh, I am a, um, slavish, you know, uh, um, supporter in any way. It's just that if I'm just calling balls and strikes, I got him at about 50%.
13Well, my theory is that they got to him and they turned him and he decided to go along with the deep state instead of firing, uh, fighting them. And they made it very sweet, right? So they, they put in prison as lawyers, they put in prison as top political advisor. They tried to bankrupt him with a civil suit. They had four other felony, uh, suits again. I mean, it was just unbelievable what they were doing to him. Right. As far as law affair went and I think if they would have just left it at law fair, I think Donald Trump would have fought it. But I think they came in and sweetened the deal at V.C. V. Israel and they said, Hey, we'll let you do all your crypto scams, which he's doing making billions of dollars and we'll let you make all your thousands and thousands of insider trading deals, which he's made over a billion dollars on that and we'll make sure and that you won't get a, um, investigated by the Congress because we own the Congress and we'll make sure that doesn't happen. And it doesn't look like that the Democrats, when they take over Congress are planning on doing any financial crimes investigations of him because if they were, they would be
17running on it and talking about it on television and not one of them is doing that. So to me, that's the, I think that's how they got him to go along with the Charlie Kirk cover up. Hey, if you do this and if you bomb a ran for us, we'll do all this for you. You can become your whole family can be enriched, which is what's happening. Baron, Baron Trump made I think $135 million in one day and they're allowing him to gin the oil markets and everybody sees it and nobody, there's nobody to talk about execution. So that's just my theory, right? So that's my theory. Right. It's obvious he had some point got his mind right and he went along with it. He went against it right now. They just passed no more legislation for censorship on college campuses. So he's doing the exact opposite of what he ran out. He fired, he fired the, the, the, the editor and publisher of stars and stripes for telling the truth about the wall. I mean, he's doing the exact, he came in on a free speech, no more foreign wars and we're not doing and America first and now it's South America first. It's Israel first, everything first except the United States and then he's doing all the
19wars he said he wouldn't do and he's doing the censorship and I think that he's a very transactional guy and so they said, hey, well, let you make billions and billions of dollars and your family and we won't imprison anybody anymore. And he was like, well, this is a pretty good transaction and I think that's what, so that's my explanation. We all see what has happened. We don't know exactly what the explanation is. That's my theory, but it's, we all saw he got his mind right as to go back to that Steve McQueen movie or is that Paul Paul Newman? I can, I can just speak to what I know and what I know is this as it relates to the Bronco Jr. case as to whether he's the real pipe bomber or not is that every single source that we have in the White House says that nobody, this is their quote, not mine, nobody in the White House is buying that arrest as a arrest. Ah, nobody. No, which is why of course the president hasn't gone and patted cashmaterl and, and Dan Bangeen on the ass and said, out of boy. And so additionally, inside the FBI Washington field office itself, the very same message
23is the average line, good guy just wants to, you know, the, the, the old, you know, the old GMN stereotype FBI guy, they say the same thing. There's something wrong with this. And they know that now whether that will, whether cash betel. We'll ever walk to the microphone and say, ah, you know, we made a mistake in this thing. I don't think that'll ever happen. It's so disconcerting to see them know that, that, that, that, that just out and out frame people that they know are innocent, especially this, this kid out, what's his name? The black kid that they're Brian Cole Jr. Brian Cole Jr. It's just, and he's, you know, he's, he's not mentally all there, which makes it even worse. And I, just the kind of evil that people must be willing to go along with is just out, you know, Tyler Robinson's another case. I don't know how you feel about that. I'm not going to get into that with you, but it's obvious that they're doing the same
26thing that they, there's no way the FBI story holds up. And we, I, you know, I was, I, you know, cash betel and Dan Bongino, I used to speak, oddly of them before they'd be, they got power. And then they disfliped and they became the thing they used to criticize. And instead of saying we have to expose the people in the Epstein files, Dan Bongino, turned into a guy who says, I was there to keep custody of the Epstein files. No, you were there to put in jail, the people in the Epstein files. They put them in custody, not keep custody of the file. Anyway, so it's just, I'm really, there's, there's just, there's just even a way to vote our way out of this. Does there, Steve? No, that's kind of the overriding theme now, nowadays is, we're not going to, you know, going to vote our way out of this. I'll tell you one last thing here, though, I know time is limited, but the, the individual who briefed this congressional staff meeting, it was in Barry Laudermilk's office on October 16th. He is a seventh floor Hoover building, you know, C-suite official.
31And I have kept, I've been biting my tongue for months, allowing people to conjecture. So maybe, maybe cash and Dan were just lied to by their investigators in the deep state elements, you know, the bowels of the FBI and they don't really know the truth, but I'm going to tell you right now, even a month and a half, this is a month and a half before Bronkel Juner is arrested. You have a seventh floor, C-suite person, meaning he offices right next to cash and Dan. And he meets with them in the boardroom every day. There's no way that cash and Dan did not know that he delivered that briefing to five other gentlemen in Barry Laudermilk's office telling them that a law enforcement phone number pinged at both dropped locations. And because of that, and I quote, we now know that it was law enforcement. We being the FBI, there's no way that cash, but tell does not know this.
36So he knows that it was law enforcement who planted the January 5th, six bombs, pipe bombs. And he's going along with the plan because why not? He gets to fly around and object. The blob, the blob must protect the blob. Yeah. All right, Steve Baker, where can people find you now? Hey, I am on X everything that I do now flies out of X in all different directions, but go there and my ex handle is Steve Baker, USA at Steve Baker, USA. Very easy to remember.
