0:00On March 30th, a 35-year-old man from Derry named Gavin Fisher faces serious domestic abuse charges after two brutal incidents with the same. Woman. On March 7th, Cops got a call about an assault where he allegedly flipped out over her outfit, grabbed her throat through her down and spat in her, face before bolting. He got arrested later that night. Just weeks later on March 27th, while out on bail with a no-contact order, Fisher allegedly snuck back into her place at 6.30am using a spare key. When she tried to leave, he blocked her, forcing her to lock herself in the bathroom as he kicked and punched the door, leaving it cracked and hold. Officers burst in and found her crouched in the dark, shaking in fear while he chilled in the living room. Police linked the attacks, calling it an escalation since he ignored bail and targeted her again. In custody, Fisher turned aggressive, yelling at the female officer, refusing to top properly and trash-talking the woman on video.
