Cotton earned first team all conference honors and made the all defensive squad after a breakout year down south. He put up 13.6 points and 5.1 rebounds per game, draining 40.5% of his threes while swatting 1.1. Shots a contest. Cotton hit double figures in 25 games, including six with 20 or more, and helped his old team rink top 25 nationally in. Three point defense, holding foes to just 30.3%. Coach Chris Holtman is hyped, calling Cotton Versatile with scoring punch and perimeter lockdown skills that fit right into the Big E's grind. The Miami native balled out in high school at Southridge, dropping 19 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists as a junior.
