Today's affirmations are called decide once affirmations. It's about making those powerful decisions in your life and moving forward. I am going to say in affirmation, I'm going to pause leaving you time to say that affirmation out loud with feeling. I make powerful decisions and stand by them. I decide once and move forward. I refuse to renegotiate with my lower standards. My decisions are stronger than my feelings. I do not need to feel ready to follow through. I trust the decisions I make from clarity.

I eliminate unnecessary negotiations from my life. I choose commitment over convenience. I honor my decisions with action. I don't revisit decisions that already serve my future. My standards make my decisions easier. I decide from who I am becoming. I refuse to let temporary emotions change permanent goals. I keep promises to my future self.

I choose discipline before the moment requires it. I don't debate what I have already decided. I protect my decisions from distraction. I follow through whether I feel like it or not. Every decision strengthens my identity. I am decisive, disciplined and committed. My clarity creates momentum. I trust myself because I follow through.

I decide accordingly to my vision, not my mood. I have already decided who I am becoming. I don't negotiate. I decide. I lead. I raise my standards. I decide. I decide. I decide.
